There is also a 250k buy after hours at 10p not sure if uts a sell orca buy from this morning. Any ideas?

I see a buy of 200k @ 10.20p shown which is over the offer price which bodes well.

Its not as if BATM is the kind of company to partner in any way with another company who are not offering leading solutions.

Of lateral interest to shareholders - reflecting on Illumina's market interest in the EU, today's RNS from BATM reports:

"....During the period, the Group (BATM) expanded the activities of the two new laboratories in Romania that commenced operation in 2017. The Group introduced new analytical tests at the laboratory in Timisoara and commenced the provision of diagnostic tests at the newly-built genetics laboratory in Bucharest through the acquisition of an Illumina machine to run Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) tests as well as offering cancer diagnostic tests".

Someone with time to pass this on to Primaitha should do so for their sake, in case they are not aware.....

they haven't lost it yet! Some legal eagles reckon they are worth another shot at it and Judge Carr might well have got it wrong.

So far imv the pie has all come your way lol. My reservations in winning court case proved far better than your expectations if a win etc etc.That we are in negs I have little doubt. No guarantees it will result in a settlement.

Does it matter if it's directly or not? They can still go after our customers can't they? Although I do know that in Germany they have already tried and effectively lost a legal battle a few years ago.

Anyway seriously, I certainly hope it will be sorted , just can't see it.
I am more fearful of their next move, tackling us in mainland Europe, maybe?

14-16p?

If we achieve licensing agreement with Illumina.

We stated in rns etc that we would pull out of UK and that was universally discussed at the time on bb. We have not done so and if you follow this then logically there are settlement negs. Maybe they will agree or maybe not, but I feel certain they are in play. I hope they succeed so you eat humble pie instead of me.

hardly failed! Thought it was obvious, there is no need to exit UK at the moment, might win the appeal yet!
