Now is the time to load up imo.

Trinidad regular monthly updates from June,Morocco drilling by year end and all the news that will come before,hardly any shares in open mkt (55m) and the bod own the rest (50m).

Any good news and you will not be able to buy,this has huge potential for those that stay the course and it all starts next month ...

Issue of Equity

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (PRD), the Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company, has received notice from Arato Global Opportunities Limited for the conversion of a further £100,000 of the Loan Note, issued on 15 February 2019, and accordingly Predator has today allotted and issued 1,702,251 New Ordinary Shares. The Company has made application for the admission of 1,702,251 New Ordinary Shares to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities which is expected to be effective on 3 June 2019.

Very disappointed with this financing facility. They are the worst deal possible for smallcaps, as they allow for open season on the equity and leave the shareprice in a much worse position ahead of next financing. It makes this a no go until it is replaced or exhausted. Management need to act quickly or this has further to fall. Seriously, a discounted placing would have been better than this stitch up.

IMHO I reckon that Paul was hoping to see some return from Trinidad by now. Unfortunately there's been a slight delay so I guess he needed some working capital to see PRD through a couple of months. But I agree, this looks like a rather ill thought out fund raise.

Expect more downward pressure on the share price today as yesterday's news sinks in - why did the ceo enter into such a financial arrangement in the first place. Really poor decision-making.

There has been 3 lots of conversions over last 6 weeks totalling 350k out of the GBP 1.5m.Prices approximately 7.6p, 6.9p and 5.9p.At this rate will get to 2p in a few months unless something is done.

Yes very poor show by the company. I had told myself that if it dropped back to the 7s again I would get in this time. Luckily I held off.

As someone else said, why use these methods.

The boss here has shown himself to be naïve in the extreme - the company need to get out of this funding arrangement asap and do a proper equity fundraise via a plain vanilla placing.
