2DInvestor,

Agree, Morocco has gone up a few notches and is probably the area that will really deliver value for this. I've got to say, it has that SOU'ish feel about it now. Ireland is on backburner and Trin will get going when everything is in place.

Predator Oil & Gas

More good news for Predator this morning, this time after the release of a CPR on Guercif permits I,II,III and IV onshore Morocco. In the report by SLR they establish total net audited best estimate recoverable prospective resources of 474 bcf with a high of 943 bcf for the ‘first tier’ Miocene Moulouya prospect and the Triassic TAGI prospect. With additional prospective Miocene gas traps and 9 Triassic and Jurassic leads the prospectivity is substantial, especially as SLR say that there are no technical, capacity or gas market reasons to prevent commercialisation of any gas find.

Indeed Paul Griffiths, CEO of Predator is upbeat in his comments saying ‘ this is a very positive step for Guercif and validates significant volumetric and recoverable gas resources potential while importantly indicating too that there is no significant impediment to monetising discovered gas’. Morocco is one of the fastest growing and most attractive international locations with a positive fiscal regime, encouragement by the state and most importantly high gas prices giving top quartile economics in country. To put the area into perspective Guercif is 200km East of the Rharb Basin and 100km North west of the Tendrara gas project. Griffiths goes on to say that ‘with opportunities in the Miocene, Jurassic and Triassic a rolling drilling programme will be needed to facilitate economies of scale and will create sustained exploration activity over several years’.

Investors have rightly taken to the Griffiths model and with three exciting but differing geographies bringing a portfolio with considerable upside as well as his own substantial skin in the game protecting against dilution they should be most excited about the opportunities at Predator.

This is following the correct process Sicknote, you wouldn't start drilling before the CPR and they have done well to get this far this quickly, given when they first got the licence. Morroco now looks to be their most exciting project imo.

Excellent and with WTI at near year highs, all bodes well for the next piece of news from Trinidad.

Nevertheless, still an excellent RNS - shows the huge potential - very good value at this level, given the three projects are all bubbling along nicely.

Yes we are disappointed too - red tape for you but T&T are no where as bad as Spain from a CERP perspective! The approval will come soon enough!

Reading the CERP rns it looks like the timeline has slipped again for Trinidad - now stating late Q2, early Q3 for planned CO project to commence. Still waiting for the necessary approvals. Very disappointing to be honest.

Is EOR (Enhance Oil Recovery) part of your strategy going forward and if yes what will be the time frame?

EOR, is the process of recovering oil not already extracted from an oil reservoir. To answer your question directly, yes, EOR is a significant factor in Heritage’s strategy moving forward. Heritage is focused on improving current EOR operations and increasing operational scale to steam flooding EOR technique in addition to working with partners on a CO2 injection EOR project.

If Arato has started to convert their loan into shares, I take this to be positive sign for Morroco prospects. IMHO and DYOR.

I'd take a guess at the next news being trinidad. In the last update they said the CO2 delivery window had been extended to the end of April. It would be great to get confirmation soon that it has now been delivered and consent has been given to switch on the pumps.

Has to be one of the cheapest and most attractive junior oilers around - three really decent projects and at different stages of advancement - so you get a regular flow of news.

Malcy update today

Predator has announced an extension to the term of the Licensing Option 16/30 (LO 16/30), Ram Head until 30th November 2019 subject to carrying out a work programme of 2D seismic. The company
are re-evaluating the Marathon gas discovery of 1984 on 49/19-1 with updated techniques, modern technology and new economics of local gas markets.
An updated CPR has been commissioned to assess and validate the development concept and will be released ‘within the next few weeks’ and the company believe that 49/19-1 could potentially be the largest undeveloped gas discovery offshore Ireland. It is worth noting that the previous CPR from 2018 showed Best Estimate and High Estimate Prospective Gas resources net to the Company of 508 and 1,370 BCF respectively and scoping initial production rate 400 mm cfgpd to recover 1 TCF of gross gas in 11 years.
This is very good news from Predator who are moving ahead on a number of fronts with recent announcements from all parts of their portfolio. CEO Paul Griffiths says in the RNS that ‘the CPR is an important milestone to independently validate the potential of Ram Head to become a real game changer and to provide the catalyst for further progress’ and who could argue?
