Hoper - point taken! Humble pie duly eaten and picked up a few myself. Certainly not reducing here though! I just hate people turning up on threads of shares that are doing well and telling holders that smart money is switching to another stock - and not just once.

Sorry Hidden, I think you ought to do a bit more research before making claims like that! :-)

I think the smart money is moving from Eqtec to PHE because Eqtec's as high as it's going to get after the ramping whereas PHE has just started the move from obscurity to stardom without much ramping at all afaics.

EQTEC (EQT) @ 0.19p = £7.88 market capitalisation. PHE @ 1.65p = £35.1m market capitalisation (4.45x EQT's) becoming £58.49m after the proposed share 60:40 issue to buy W2T (7.42x EQT's). Parity with PHE's current price would put EQT at 0.845p to 1.41p and EQT already have a proven technology.

I think smart money is moving from PHE to Eqtec, which represents better value and already has commercially proven systems.

vatnabrekk, When one reports a TR1, one is obligated to include the holdings of family members and other parties under the control of the person issuing the TR1. I don't know why you want to ignore the evidence that's so plainly in front of your eyes? Mr Warwick has sold. And at the same time was telling others to buy buy buy buy buy! JakNife

Yes Jak, I accept that he has reduced his personal holding, but he may not have sold, he may have transferred some to family members? Just enough to get him below 3%? Thing is, we just don't know, so it is not necessarily correct to claim that he has sold. And in any case, it's not really the business of anyone else what shares he holds or has sold.

Working for your bonus now If you don't mind me saying so you come across as an arrogant big head who thinks he knows better than anyone else. If you know better perhaps you would like to explain. You do seem to come across as a sad little man suffering from little man syndrome with a big chip on his shoulder from being a social misfit and professional failure. Do you think this would be a fair assessment ? Warmest regards Andy

vatnabrekk, There are 2,064,506,914 shares in issue: Https://www.powerhouseenergy.net/investors/significant-shareholders/ 3% is 61,935,207. Mr Warwick has less than 3%, see: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/powerhouse-enrgy-grp--phe-/prn/holding-s--in-company/20200417151445P0ED1/ And yet here, for example: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/powerhouse-enrgy-grp--phe-/prn/holding-s--in-company/20180206112518P6C62/ Mr Warwick held twice that number: 118,961,327 shares. warmest regards, Jacque le Nife

How do you know that he's been selling JakNife? The RNS didn't actually say that, did it.

Tesla achieved a market cap of over $50 billion before they made any profit. Its all about potential and the realistic appraisal of that potential.(which is the real trick I think!)

Yes indeed and they will not make any profits for years if ever. PHE have way way way more potential than ITM in my opinion. Low overheads and technology that can easily be monetised and recurring annual fees. Cash cow ready for take off on proof of first of a kind.

Indeed, look at ITM mcap at £1bil! Never any point in fighting AIM fashion though, best just to go with it.
