superbarnet, after the merger there will be approx. 3,232 million shares in issue, and if the share price is 5p then the MCAP would be £162M which doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Although it may take a bit longer than a year to get there.

Cash burn will increase with all the extra W2T staff and Howard will probably want a place on the board on a six figure sum and might want to be CEO. Oh dear.

I've never understood why you are so bitter towards a great new technology that helps clean up the mess that is waste plastic.

Why dilution if Peel are developing ? You are barking up the wrong tree completely Your arguments get weaker and weaker all the time But you have to keep going as you can't see the enormity of this technology and the potential for PHE It will be a nice day when you accept the errors of your posts.

Never built a full size commercial system so still just an experiment and could run into more difficulties, meaning more time and cost, or even abandonment.

Sadly nothing changed as still no planning permission for even the first site. Then it would take a year at least to get operational and the same for all the others. Lots more dilution coming.

Supplemental agreement with Peel Environmental

Cont...

The current trialling of the proposed plastic waste stream in the process demonstrator is continuing, with excellent gas production results for the output levels expected. This has facilitated our license fee negotiations resulting in this Supplemental Agreement.”

I was looking through the Breakthrough Energy site after the cnbc video linked them to Bill Gates, and found this. Off topic but sector relevant, if that makes sense.

....... and if you watch the CNBC video in the above post, it also states that B Gates + Bezos and other 1% ers put money into one of the US waste to energy companies highlighted.

It is the future !.
