.

The Company has entered into a heads of terms with a view to finalising a formal sale and purchase agreement in Q1 2020. The acquisition would be in the form of a non-cash transaction using PowerHouse shares to acquire the whole of the issued share capital of W2T, at a ratio of 60% PowerHouse to 40% W2T, with 87.5% of the Powerhouse shares issued in exchange for W2T shares being locked into a no-sale agreement for a minimum of a year, and orderly market arrangements for a further year. The agreement will be subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.

The directors of PowerHouse believe that the post-acquisition enlarged company will be better understood by its customers and investors, with rights to markets and developments in-house, and will be able to present a clear and unambiguous message about its innovative British technology which provides a solution to the increasing problem of unrecyclable waste plastic.

These negotiations are progressing well and are now subject to final documentation. A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate.

Looking at texaschaser's previous posts, it looks like he doesn't have anything positive to say about any company !. Ho hum.

All together now:

To the tune of 'The Holly and The Ivy'

The Hydrogen and the fuel Cell.
When they are both well known.
O'of all the shares they are Oh so good.
And will take the 2020 crown.

Happy Christmas to all Hydrogen economy investors!

Certainly could be one of the shares of 2020. The light is finally coming to the end of the tunnel been a very long tunnel as many know. But with Peel firmly behind us we have a very bright future.

No evidence tewks. But that is what they always do on spikes !!It's the way the city manipulated all stock these days haven't you witnessed it in other AIM shares and small caps. It's because of all the hot money that flows to the days top risers. Tried to make a quick ten percent and moves out on to the next one. The MM love getting short from the hot money it's easy prey to catch out and make a profit from.

Peel L&P Environmental underpins this share for me.

Planning permission may not be approved until February.

If that is positive then other funding will quickly come in.

Peel are part of a massive property and landholding company.

PHE units are planned to go on eleven Peel L&P Environmental sites.

I hope the bigger share price rises come after the start of the next Tax Year.

These shares should be stuffed into ISAs for the long term IMHO.

The lower they are the more you can stow into your ISA.

My ISA allowance is already used up this year.
