AGM resolutions 6 and 7 to allot 66% more dilutive shares.

Want a disaster for anyone currently holding who will be diluted down the toilet.

That really should not have been allowed to see the light of day. Proof reading required urgently, there are sentences that make no sense whatsoever.

"I have been following the whole issue of waste plastics and the impact it has on the environment for some time.

This brought to my attention a small UK company that has a potential solution to deal with the troublesome hard to deal mixed plastics very efficiently into distributed electricity and later road fuel quality hydrogen as well tyres.

Afterlosing my wife to Cancer three years ago To give me something to help with my decided to make a small investment. I subsequently became a major investor in Powerhouse Energy.

I met with the company over the years and attended the AGM’s the more I spoke the more I liked the concept. It has not been an easy few years but due to meeting another major investor Howard White of Waste2tricity.

Waste2 tricity is an existing developer in the waste to Energy field and a solutions provider to the waste industry and had engaged with PHE to be their exclusive developer in various geographical areas including UK and Japan

following the meeting with Howard I decided to retire from 26 years as a Financial Advisor and started to help him promote and arrange meetings to help the move to commercial operation through their roll as Project developer and licensee of the technology.

It has now become more than an investment to being a passion to help bring this solution to life.

We are now ready to make that happen!"

He's even prepared a presentation:

I don't think it's going to the planning committee the first week in December, I believe it is more likely to be the first meeting early January. Unfortunately. More details on the lse BB.

Ceres consolidated.

Was it 100:1?

The same could happen here: after planning permission and investment?

Companies put out videos but the financial press has generally ignored the hydrogen economy.

Articles on green energy repeatedly mention wind and solar but seldom if ever include hydrogen or fuel cells.
