Can you list and quantify the items that they will need cash for in the near future.

Thank you!

It seems to me disappointing with the hydrogen economy already initiated worldwide,

and plastic waste being a huge problem, that investment in these projects is slow to materialise.

The pound is weak

- but, so far the Japanese visitors after endorsing the project, have not invested in it - as say Weichai and Bosch have done in Ceres Power.

No mention of the proposed site visit for investors.

We are left to wait and hope.

zeppo: The cash for the first commercial unit is being sourced by W2T, assisted by Peel. PHE are not putting up any money for that project.

Nevertheless, we cannot say that it's not PHE's problem, because if W2T are unsuccessful in securing the funds for the project then it becomes very much PHE's problem.

That's a fair point that hydrogen prices are falling, which will squeeze PHE's margins. Conversely it bodes very well for fuel cell companies like AFC Energy.

'In negotiation with overseas entities for exclusive regional representation.'

This is the only significant statement but something is still missing.

Regional representation is not telling us enough, in my mind.

Where's the initial cash for the first commercial units coming from?

From 'overseas entities'? From fund raising?

Or?

We also need reassurance that the hydrogen produced will remain commercially viable at a time when costs of hydrogen production (electrolysis etc) are getting lower.

In today's telegraph Business section:

'Deal with Climate Change or Green Taliban will end our liberal order.'

by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard

Cheaper hydrogen electrolysis is discussed.

Is PHE's hydrogen affordable and competitive with cheaper electrolysis from solar and wind power?

Or will PHE's main claim to fame be simply a way of recycling plastic but producing expensive hydrogen?

Hydrogen Powered Buses:

- Distribution agreement with Tresoil Biofuels & Wrightbus for Bulgaria & Romania 17/4/2018

- MOU with Wrightbus for access to DMG to supply hydrogen powered buses, providing a combined turn-key clean transport solution 20/2/2018

It's akin to a bunch of drunks propping each other up as one by one they fall down.

Phe can't even be bothered to update its shareholders- must of known for sometime that the deal was dead.

Investors get all they deserve from the likes AIM companies such as Phe.

Well Wrightbus gone, no news from Tresoil in Romania, no news from the Qatar world cup orders and nothing about orders from Powerhouse Energy USA.

How will it impact on shareholders? Let's look at the significant shareholders schedule, still out of date I see. Should have been updated by 5 September.
