There's no need to rush with a placing. In an interview with Andrew Scott at Proactive on 14th August, David Ryan said: "We're sound. We're funded through pre-project. We've cut down expenditures other than focussing on what we're really doing, and now we have the advantage of having been paid for our engineering services, and hopefully we're about to secure a couple of feedstock trialling and testing contracts with third parties both in the UK and internationally."

So they've reduced their spending, and the prototype at Thornton Park is earning them money.

Bear in mind that PHE are not intending to pay for the capital cost of building any of these units, well not initially anyway. That is down to W2T and any partner(s) that they may bring into the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle, which used to be called a "Joint Venture") so it is W2T, aided by Peel, who are trying to fund the first DMG unit.

'PowerHouse Energy inks hydrogen bus MOU with Wrightbus Ltd
“This is the model by which we can begin to change the environment,” said Powerhouse chief executive Keith Allaun'

This was 20th Feb 2019.

Keith Allaun has since moved on.

PHE need cash for get the commercial units started.

Discussion at the AGM suggested that if/when the initial units are backed - then cash rich institutions will follow.

If Weichai have actually pulled out of the Wrightbus takeover it is very disappointing.

I had missed any link between Wrightbus and PHE.

Can you please point to it?

Wiechai's interest was recently mentioned in The Sunday Telegraph and the Belfast Telegraph.

Weichai Power were understood to be in an eight week due diligence process before taking over Wrightbus.

CWR site has news quotes on this.

Ideal would be for Weichai to invest in PHE.

I am not aware that Weichai have on hydrogen pproduction arm.

With so much potential why is this stock valued at the level of a bedsit squat in a dodgy area of town?

If Ryan is such a big Charlie Potato why isn't he employed at a big player ?

Why did KA jump ship on the verge of a mega deal with Toyota?

Don't ignore the obvious.

Wonder why the delay in updating the Significant shareholders schedule which should be no more than 6 months old?

Shouldn't take a company secretary very long to check the shareholders register
.

Will Renewme still be a significant shareholder?
