If a company places shares at premium then chances are they are going places, if they dump them by discounted placing time after time and play the game of consolidation dilution name change etc then they are lost cause.

What is the history here? asking without an agenda of pumping or dumping.

Galashiels: I was looking at the link you provided earlier:
"Unique Smoke Scrubbers: More efficient removal of the acid gas and dust of the smoke through neutralization, purification and absorption, environmental friendly without pollution."
I think that indicates the difference. With the PHE system, because the ultra high temperature molecularises the hydro-carbons, there is no smoke, no toxins, no acids, no toxic residues, and no chimney, hence no need for scrubbers etc.

That is why, I believe, the PHE system is unique.

Well in my discussions with The board they see no reason why they can not grow the company to £100's of millions and I totally concur hence my investment and belief But of course it will not happen over night but we can easily see a quick rerate to 30-40 million on first order news

There is plenty of waste around, we just need a viable economic way of dealing with it maybe PHE has the answer, however, economics always drives everything in business.

Plenty of fly tipping as well..

It's not just councils but hospitals - lots of medical waste that has to be incinerated at present. With the NHS the way it is, yes they're going to have to do some corridor deals to get commissioned. Always been the way.

If they have the better product and can save their customers money, then they don't need to grease any palms and are not dependent on corruption.

I have a holding in AFC which are supposed by tying up with PHE as some point not sure if this will ever happen, both still seem to be at early stage development or continual development I should say.

Warwick....With such a large holding do you have any sway over the company or should you be a board member.

Yeah...Most corrupt people going councillors wouldn't trust any of them.

This company and many on the AIM are state aid dependent I feel, the real USP is the director's political connections with the councils and ability of playing the hidden corrupt politics that goes on in the UK "business" world.

If they are good at greasing the palms of the politicians then they can off load their product to all sorts of council areas.

Are they good at the game??

In my honest opinion we are still very much way under any major investors radar they don't look at shares that are so small mcap ? But that will all change following the press we will get from the upcoming demonstration days the Thornton Science park will get a big ceremonial open day that I believe will coincide with the first demonstration day of our plant, AS I BELIEVE WE ARE RIGHT AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGY THAT CHESTER UNI WANTS TO BE KNOWN FORit will be very exciting times in the following half of the year people really need to open up their expectations for this disruptive clean efficient technology news could be way way better than our wildest dreams ? But I do have 114 million shares so it will be extremely exciting for me I can understand others not being so enamoured with this company

Vatnabrekk you are correct the plan is to do multiple joint ventures with funds raised for each deal via SPV (special purpose vehicle) we will share in the profits and have a constant long term income stream That way they can build a sustainable and profitable business That's why I am invested very large for the long term

I don't think PHE want to sell their units, but intend to make their money by producing electricity in conjunction with another company such as AFC, and selling power to the grid.

Re: RED

VRFB is now becoming common use.

RED's only advantage is political connection to sell their product to councils and or government grant funded projects. Some potential to give returns but overall nothing special there.

Just Saying ;)

@galashiels Looks good but their tech looks inferior - "4.National Patent Unique Smoke Scrubbers: More efficient removal of the acid gas and dust of the smoke through neutralization, purification and absorption, environmental friendly without pollution." Potential licensee though?
