Yes I am and I own about 114 milHL holding is clearly out of date ? I've always informed company and FCA about my holdings and notified as the percentage fell due to new share issues it's not my fault this has not always been released via RNS I have had plenty of questions to HL as to whom should disclose the percentages I am sure there are many more with HL than just my holdings I am now retired and I am very comfortable with my long term investment, I am sure there will be times when I need to sell some as I do not have such high income as when I was working and I do plan to enjoy retirement, with loads of holidays, and lots of Golf currently sitting in my back garden soaking up the wonderful weather?

Warwick..are you P.Warwick

And are all your shares held by HL...The only reason I ask is they are showing 104.2m share held...There is no holding above 3% showing for Linc.

Well this is what the company says:

I see no sign of Linc or Roy. Who are PPB and Investor Nominees?

Warwick, since you are not a discretionary client of HL, I assume you have to declare as beneficial holder. Doesn't seem to be a secret anyway.

Linc may have been held under nominee in Roy securities and not held direct MY shares are held as part of the HL holding and should not be disclosed as a direct holding? Hope that helps

Thank you both. If the seller is Linc, then they should be coming to an end.

In May 2016, according to the company accounts, LINC had less than 3%. 20M shares was given as 5.15% at the time, so you can work out their max holding. By now it must be insignificant.

Thanks Warwick99. I'd love ot hear some more of your research on the owner of Linc energy as I don't have level 2 and it'd be great to know when the large seller has gone. This is a trap I recently fell into with KOD mining too. It's not the technology I'm worried about, it's the continual selling! As soon as this has some partners on board I will invest more.

I'm about 45% down and wish I hadn't got so excited, and just come in when this porject starts making money - but will hold on as I'm confident it will. Luckily not a large stake.. yet!

I can't wait till they invite investors to go & see the shiny new machine. I'll buy some more stock that morning, then take all my thousands of pieces of old plastic from my cellar & do a four-hour durational art youtube video & watch the share price rise as all the other environmental hoarders get hot & wet & molecularly dissipated. (Or is that market manipulation?)

Cosmetic modifications? I had been hoping for a couple of yellow go-faster stripes on the container!Seriously, the footnote about joining the Hydrogen Economy is just as significant as long-term news. In there with Ineos etc - very significant as long as they can make it all work.

"including our 24/7 former-Gurkha guard unit protecting the equipment" - Hey maybe they can get Joanna Lumley to cut the ribbon? Sounds waaaay off commercial viability / licensing but this should get it academically perfected and more funding.

POWERHOUSE ENERGY GROUP PLC - Successful re-commissioning of G3-UHt unitSource: PR Newswire (US)21 April 2017PowerHouse Energy Group Plc("PowerHouse", or the "Company")Successful re-commissioning of G3-UHt unitPowerHouse Energy Group plc (AIM:PHE), the company focused on ultra high temperature gasification waste to energy systems, is delighted to announce that the first phase of the re-commissioning of the Company's G3-UHt unit has been completed, with the successful production of gas ("syngas") from the system. The G3-UHt unit operated at a temperature of over 1000 degrees Celcius, demonstrating its capacity to gasify any historically difficult waste material and generate synthesis gas. As previously announced, the G3-UHt will now be moved to the Thornton Science Park, operated by the University of Chester, with PowerHouse establishing its offices at the Energy Centre of the Park immediately thereafter. The re-commissioning effort has been assisted by OrePro pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia, EngSolv Ltd of Wales, and Waste2tricity, Ltd and has allowed the Company to begin commercial development enhancements, automation of the control systems, and commence the rigorous process of a Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and a Hazard Identification Study (HAZID). Upon successful completion, the Company will gain the British Health Safety & Environmental certifications necessary to operate the unit at the Thornton Science Park at full capacity. The Company anticipates that several external cosmetic improvements will be made to the G3-UHt unit over the coming period and will continue the development of its automation processes at its new facility on the Science Park. Rather than operate from a container, as previously anticipated, PowerHouse has negotiated a two year lease of a purpose-built emission laboratory / test facility at Thornton, where the G3-UHt unit will be installed.Keith Allaun, Executive Chairman of PowerHouse, said: "This is the day the team has been working on for nearly two years. The successful re-commissioning of the G3-UHt unit, here in the UK, represents the starting point of our journey to commercialisation. Our relationship with the engineering department at the University of Chester continues to expand and strengthen, and the support of the Thornton Science Park has been extraordinary."I couldn't have imagined a more ideal, and synergistic, relationship with the University. Our mutual interests in Thermal Molecular Conversion at ultra-high temperatures provide a research platform for the expansion of the University's curriculum, and the development of a graduate research program utilising the G3-UHt platform."David Ryan, Executive Director, Programme Development of PowerHouse said: "I'm gratified by the incredible work our team has put in over the past 26 days to hit this milestone. I want to thank the extended team of chemical, electrical, mechanical, and process engineers which has worked hand-in-glove with the fitters, welders, and other support personnel – including our 24/7 former-Gurkha guard unit protecting the equipment - allowing us to succeed in this endeavour. I look forward to updating investors on our progress in the coming months."Separately, the Company has been invited to join the North West Hydrogen Hub, whose members include companies such as Peel Environmental, Linde Group (BOC,) Ineos, AFC Energy, and the Thornton Science Park, to explore how Distributed Modular Gasification© (DMG) can be a key to unlocking the distributed Hydrogen Economy. The Company anticipates conducting interested party and investor visits to the Thornton Science Park to view the unit in operation at an appropriate time in the near future. Distributed Modular Gasification© allows for easy, economical, deployment and scaling of an environmentally sound solution to the growing challenges of waste elimination, electricity demand, and distributed hydrogen production.PowerHouse is quoted on the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market.
