no logic why we are 25% below the share price of a few months ago

Fundamentals are the same if not better

Shakey - I would hope not, but for the moment the chart does not look very encouraging. Fundamentals here are good, but as I have found to my cost before, there can still be a disconnect with the share price.

hi im a POWR shareholder.

the acquisition that this company made last year has transformed them into a cash cow. I dont have the figures to hand but Free Cash Flow in the last set of accounts was very very high, enough to pay off all debt in a couple of years so they could be completely debt-free with a great balance sheet, then after that i predict a hike in dividends, special dividends and/or share buy-backs.

i also predict the next set of accounts to show a greatly strengthened balance sheet which is what the markets like to see. the share price currently could trickle down further but this only presents a buying opportunity.

all in my humble opinion of course !

Can it really go down that far? With PE low already and after such a good set of results. Growth prospects here are pretty good are they not?

shakey - Tough one that. I would not disagree with Dan around the 70p mark, that is where previous support was found, beyond that 55p-ish. Had a small SB here but closed out for a smallish loss, as I have with quite a few others.

I’ve set an order around the 71.5 – 72 level. The market found support there on 24th August and 15th/16th July. If the price breaks the 70 level I’m not interested.

gorilla36 - out of interest where does your chart say this may go down to?

This share seems quite undervalued to me. Especially given the recent results.

Exactly. I'm waiting for the bottom or near it.

Buying opportunity presenting itself here. Just depends on timing the bottom.

Thanks Jon, I see from today's RNS they've then sold just over 3m of them. Looks a little odd but perhaps explains why these have been a bit flat of late.

no it can be placed with any investor but usually it is institutions the other 17.5m shares seems to have been spread about as you say unless there slow with there paper work

Does a placing have to be institutions? Only we've been told about miton taking 7.5m but unless the remaining 17.5m were very thinly spread I can't see why more RNS statements weren't triggered.

Or Henderson Global Investors - they are the only other holder of sufficient magnitude.

Note below data from their Corp Website

The major shareholders in the company as at 31 March 2015 were as follows:

%
Bacchantes Limited 21.5
Henderson Global Investors 17.9
Dermot F Smurfit 15.6
Miton Group plc 10.6
Legal & General Group plc 5.7
Close Asset Management Holdings Limited 4.5

Bacchantes Limited is a company controlled by Sir Michael Smurfit.

50 M shares equals 17.25% of the company. We will see within days when the share register updates and it triggers an ownership RNS.

My guess is it could be Bacchantes ltd (Michael Smurfit) reducing his stake in the open market to institutional investors.

The fact that it all went to 80p and the market is rebounding back up indicates that the overhang of a large seller is gone and that the share should move back to the 90's

What's with the drop and the 50 million shares traded ? Anyone any ideas?

Wouldn't surprise me Moorsie. From a technical perspective looks like a double bottom IMO.
Just noticed Robbie Burns has been adding in his latest update too.

There was no reason for the decline from the high 90's apart from a fear that the prospective buyers found something ugly. This was confirmed not to be the case in the results and associated press interviews. So a swift rebound back to mid 90's would be expected..

Level 2 looking good - lots of support and little obvious resistance on the other side of the book.

Yep, best bit for me was the 100% dividend increase which is 3x covered. Means the dividend is now pushing 3% helping to make it an income play whilst keeping enough back to complete further acquisitions without heavy reliance on debt.
