Exercise of Warrants

Power Metal Resources PLC (LON:POW) the AIM listed metals exploration and development company is pleased to announce it has received notices to exercise warrants over 13,150,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Warrant Shares").

The Warrant Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 7,150,000 warrants at an exercise price of 1.0 pence per ordinary share of 0.1 pence each in the Company and the exercise of 6,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.5p pence per ordinary share of 0.1 pence each in the Company.

I like the way Paul operates. Everything (that is not market sensitive) is transparent for shareholders to see.

End of 2019 warrants so things are looking even better

"Exercising the option over the McKellar Property strengthens Power Metals' landholding over a part of Ontario which is currently seeing heightened junior exploration company activity.

Our due diligence data review has shown McKellar complements Power Metal's existing Dotted East, Olga Lake and Roger Lake Projects, notably adding ground with indications of VMS style mineralisation sited in association in a structurally prospective fold-hinge setting.

We are continuing our due diligence review of the remaining three option properties and will provide a further update in due course."

Why can't pump and dump merchant Paul Johnson release Warrant RNSes at 07:00am in the morning ?

Is the RNS machine broken at that time ?

Too lazy to get up ?

Or tries to deliberately sneak them out at 'no one watching o'clock' like a sleazy snake ?

I make it in last few days alone over 30m warrants exercised

By the way is that a Head and Shoulders pattern on the chart ?

I like the fact that we have many different metals covered, touching a selection of commodity bases.
I trust the management know more than I do and something suits them
in this plan, which might or might not lead to cash returned.

We have copper, cobalt, gold and nickel,PGM's,REE's(rare earth elements)Zinc PB Lithium
and so on.
