31/3/2007 19:16 | I noticed this company because of directors buying, anyone spending £70k on their companies shares is worth investigating. Having read through this board and the RNS's i thought it looked like a good recovery play with sales growing and getting back into profit. But i'm not sure about the CEO getting 700k shares at 10p when the price was 16-17p. Hmm...... might wait for the next results. | hywel
31/3/2007 10:46 | It may have been a distressed seller (not necessarily an institution) who had to dump at any price. There was another big sell going through at market price, so if the distressed seller was in a hurry he might have had to accept a giveaway price. It's not unusual to see directors get stock at below market price. Doesn't mean it's dodgy, the trade is there for all of us to see. | sheik yerbouti
30/3/2007 22:32 | WHY WOULD AN INSTITUTION SELL AT 10P WHEN 100S ARE TRADING AT 17 AND 18P...SURELY THE MARKET WOULD BID HIGHER THAN 10P WHEN THE BROKER TRYS TO CLEAR IT? 45 PCT UNDER THE BID WHEN THERE IS HUGE VOLUME SMELLS TO ME.BULLISH TRADING UPDATE AND THE DIRECTORS MANAGE TO BUY STOCK AT A 45 PCT DISCOUNT TO THE BID.I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THERES A STEWARDS OVER THIS. | patviera
