Looks a very good bet at this lowly level, given the recent "very significant" contract win.

Huge increase in volume over past couple of days; when three directors buy, it's gotta be good news - they've seen the figures!

Bought a few today and will add.

PORTRAIT SOFTWARE (PST)

When Londoners dial 999, Portrait's customer interaction software handles the call. But the company itself has been in intensive care for the past three-and-a-half years, after the group - formerly AIT - had its management team and product set overhauled. "Clearly, there were more issues to sort out than we would have liked, but we've dealt with them," says chief executive Nick Randall. Nationwide is the most prominent of the 26 companies now using its software to manage customers' phone, online and in-store activities. And, since September, Portrait has signed its first £1m licence contract, with a large European bank, and a new partnership with Dutch IT services giant Getronics.

What's more, investment group Advent Venture Partners recently became a strategic investor, following a £1.37m share placing, adding experience as well as substantial financial support to the board. So, while debt was high at the end of the period, this investment, and around £6m in second-half maintenance payments, should rein it in.

Portrait finally seems to be out of the woods. So, after the share placing, the shares are worth a speculative punt. Risky buy.

It will take time for Staffware Mk 2 to build the business back up after the miscreants that ran it before. I believe that our patience will be rewarded. One day I might even be grateful, ( to the miscreants ) but for them I surely would not have been able to buy @ 15p.
So I will hang on in with a 11p stop loss

Even if they do will it make a difference to the shareprice? I am losing faith in this one but will wait until Jan/Feb/Mar and see if it goes anywhere up.

I reckon they would have made bigger impact on share price if they released this announcement when the markets were going up!
