Yes Pelliot, If we don't get a few directors buying bucket loads at this price. Then I see it as they can't turn this company around. After six years the directors are now just milking this through salaries.

These were shares which she received in April 2014 as part of the purchase of Redhill. They were subject to a 2 year lock in and a 6 month 'orderly markets' provision.

I don't know what 'orderly markey' means or the procedure for share disposal is. However I would imagine there is an irrevocable decsion given to the broker to sell the shares and they proceed when they have found a buyer for the shares.

This order could have been made some time ago (April 2016 at limit) so may well not constitute insider trading.

Yes, it definitely should be reported to the regulators. Insider dealings.

The share sale by senior management. I wonder whether this should be reported to the regulators?

I'm no accountant
am i right in thinking from note 11 that they have £8.5m of debt at a 12% coupon, ie £1m in interest payments per annum to come out of their cash flows? Ouch!
also the RNS re Emma Kane's share sale says she notified the company last friday. how come the RNS only went out at 2.45pm yesterday with only two hours of trading left before results came out? somebody should ask the contact at the bottom of the release, Charlie Geller. After all, he works for her so he should know!

Dreadful results.

What is this impairment to do with?
There's no mention of the last acquisition Capital Access Group they made even?

I had not noticed a senior management had sold a lot of stock ahead of the results!!! Not a good sign!!!!

These results are not great, no real sign of this company making a profit anytime soon and cost continue to rise. I have to ask myself how much longer they can go on funding these losses. Seriously stinks that Redleaf CEO offloaded 4.5m the days before the results. Sticking with my holding for now but will be selling if there is no sign of reversal in next six months.

I am amazed that the head of one of their divisions and company PR is allowed to dump 4.5m shares the day before results. Normally PMDRs, senior management would be deemed inside ahead of results. Furthermore it is strangethat she was a buyer early in the month....strange reversal.

Talk about a vote of confidence!! Redleaf CEO sells 4.5m shares for peanuts just before the results. Wonder what she knows that we will find out tomorrow.

Come back on to this thread every now and then to see if things have changed. This company has a couple decent brands names however the management team really cannot be trusted and this share price decline has been inevitable. What the company needs is a clear out of the management team and some more capable people to come in who put the company's interests ahead of lining their own pockets. That won't obviously ever happen given the stakes which management own though unfortunately...

Earn out liabilities payable in shares make 3p hideous. Enormous numbers of shares to be issued now. Massive permanent dilution. Classic earn out spiral.

3p late trade for 1.25M shares could be the seller clearing out their final stock. All 7-8M shares have been mopped up. Expect 1-2 large late trades to appear next week to cover this 6-7M shares.

RNS Monday from the buyer?? 5-6M shares bought over 4-5 days.

@ Qut - Who knows if that knews was even read by most. With the funds horse trading who can tell if any trades came of the news.

The news was a mixed bag of fish as it shows Newgate Public Affair team needed bolstering. Good news in fact they are still hiring and Gavin is actively working in the background.

Markie you say no demand?? All these trades appear planned. Nearly 7m shares have been bought up in nearly 3 trading days. If this is HH/Ruffer or another fund then they could have up to 15-16M share. So expect this to go on up to the results.

The 1-2? fund/investors buying in want to buy up stock at cheapest possible price? If someone is so eager to sell 7-16M shares why should the buyers pays 5-6p? I know I would want to buy up the stock at cheapest price possible.

Of course no way to confirm at present who the buyer or seller are.

As for the directors I think they are most likely locked out here. Either due to results or something else. If they know a fund is selling they too will wait for the troughs and buy in large amounts of shares. See what happens after the results.

Sooner or later we will get an update once this fund is clear. I assume a large trade will appear soon after the sell order is complete? This is certainly not a PI judging by the volume.

Interesting that management bought heavily last year in the 8-9p price range.
I realise that they get most of their renumeration through salary but equally they have seriously big stakes in the business and as such are only going to get properly rich if the share price gets over the 12p mark which now seems like such a tall order.
I will wait and see what they have to say next week.
Clearly they are under huge pressure to deliver a clean after tax profit but I am not sure that they will so I will sit on my hands until then.
