19/7/2021 20:36 | Or, radical suggestion, you could just check the financial calendar on the company's website. There is even a link in the first part of the header that takes you to it. Tuesday 27th July - you're welcome. 🙄 | imastu pidgitaswell
19/7/2021 20:11 | Last year we had production results around 23rd July, then of course interims in August. So my theory is production results Thursday, only a guess. That would give us a indication of probable profits and what kind of dividend. | montyhedge
19/7/2021 19:13 | Forget the rest of the market, crash coming. Gold the only place to hide. | montyhedge
19/7/2021 15:19 | Going to be positive on the day - and so it bloody should be with gold doing its thing. Good day to have been on the golf course - nothing to be done except see the other side of this mugging. Re full year results - I have them as similar to 2020, given the average gold price to date. If we have higher prices than so far, we will have higher earnings (duh...) Mind you 2020 wasn't too shabby, and a repeat would still have these on around 9 times' earnings. Farcical. Not too fussed about dividends - 6% isn't exactly small. Personally I don't see a special dividend - the current scheme gives all the flexibility they need, and in any event with flat(ish) profits, why would there be a special dividend? | imastu pidgitaswell
19/7/2021 08:58 | Monty: I agree that for at least the last 6 - 12 months the price of gold was higher than in 2019 - 2020. Yes the results will be definitely better than in the previous year and I expect a special dividend on the cards. POLY is always and clearly focused on dividends payments to reward shareholders. | fuji99
19/7/2021 08:44 | fui99 Ok, gold up 10 dollars, down 10 dollars, but with gold steady around $1800, Polymetal are making a fortune, interims next month. I think they give a production update before then. Bumper dividend I reckon will be announced with interims. I have a feeling special dividend on the cards, if gold stays around $1800. | montyhedge
19/7/2021 08:39 | At the end of the day, everybody knows gold will prevail in this unstable and turbulent world. A matter of patience. | fuji99
16/7/2021 15:54 | Over done as usual. Gold down, 0.89% gold miners really hit. | montyhedge

16/7/2021 08:36 | Monty - even a broken clock is right once a day. How do you arrive at so many incorrect bizarre price guesstimates in one month? montyhedge - 11 Jun 2021 - 08:04:06 - 2705 of 2877 Polymetal International Poly should be 1775p next week montyhedge - 14 Jun 2021 - 09:41:56 - 2724 of 2877 Polymetal International looking at 1685p Tuesday montyhedge - 15 Jun 2021 - 10:14:10 - 2739 of 2877 Polymetal International Powell on Wednesday, if he gives gold a boost then back over 1725p. montyhedge - 24 Jun 2021 - 11:24:13 - 2773 of 2877 Polymetal International these will be 24 pounds a share. montyhedge - 25 Jun 2021 - 14:48:20 - 2777 of 2877 Polymetal International Should be well over 1700p montyhedge - 28 Jun 2021 - 12:18:21 - 2778 of 2877 Polymetal International 1650p next short term level montyhedge - 01 Jul 2021 - 09:05:02 - 2803 of 2877 Polymetal International Should be well over 1600p tomorrow montyhedge - 02 Jul 2021 - 16:18:34 - 2809 of 2877 Polymetal International I see 1725p by end next Friday montyhedge - 05 Jul 2021 - 12:13:59 - 2810 of 2877 Polymetal International Should have been 1625p today. montyhedge - 05 Jul 2021 - 21:04:15 - 2820 of 2877 Polymetal International I see this straight through psychological level of 1600p, to around 1615p tomorrow. montyhedge - 06 Jul 2021 - 08:06:20 - 2821 of 2877 Polymetal International Should be 1650p. montyhedge - 06 Jul 2021 - 08:38:34 - 2823 of 2877 Polymetal International Should break psychological level 1600p later today montyhedge - 08 Jul 2021 - 14:38:54 - 2841 of 2877 Polymetal International should be over 1700p montyhedge - 12 Jul 2021 - 13:25:46 - 2845 of 2877 Polymetal International Poly should be 1715p montyhedge - 13 Jul 2021 - 08:06:30 - 2847 of 2877 Polymetal International Poly should be well over 1600p montyhedge - 15 Jul 2021 - 08:04:17 - 2872 of 2877 Polymetal International I think on its way to 1625p montyhedge - 15 Jul 2021 - 08:12:11 - 2873 of 2877 Polymetal International I reckon 3500p in a couple of years. montyhedge - 16 Jul 2021 - 08:02:58 - 2876 of 2877 Polymetal International I see 1810p. | trader465

14/7/2021 09:55 | Yes CEY has only one source of income and has to give half its profit to the government. Any production stoppage means income goes to zero. Very high risk. | trader465
14/7/2021 08:26 | CEY also has to pay 50% of its monies (and no, I don't know the details as I don't bother with CEY) to the Egyptian government, and has only one producing mine (I think). It's a very different animal to FRES. | imastu pidgitaswell
14/7/2021 08:12 | CEY is located in volatile region and country. Thus more risky than FRES | fuji99
13/7/2021 19:59 | What about CEY as opposed to FRES? | sue58
13/7/2021 19:30 | great result both for fres and poly. for me poly is mainly income but fres is a gopd bet too | scepticalinvestor |
