03/6/2021 13:21 | Anyone follow PolyUS? I was tempted ages ago to buy it but then it delisted - returned to the market last year wasnt it? Always sceptical of companies that list, delist, then relist. | geckotheglorious
03/6/2021 12:27 | I wonder if fund managers who will go for Norgold for the weighting in their portfolio, will sell some Poly to raise funds for Norgold. Going to be interesting. | montyhedge
03/6/2021 12:06 | Why 1626 and not 1627? | trader536
03/6/2021 11:59 | 1626p might dip a toe. | montyhedge
03/6/2021 11:53 | Its volatile, don't worry about the whys and wherefores, just grab the opportunity while its there and sit tight till 3rd August | trader536
03/6/2021 11:46 | Fres interim will be excellent and guess what. All the analysts will be amazed....oh and surprised too. That said, fres is languishing. Why is this? | zicopele
03/6/2021 11:36 | Yesterday? Why are they down today then?? FRES is the place to be to capture explosive action in the run up to 1H interims 3rd August | trader536
03/6/2021 11:13 | Nordgold dividend policy is to payout 30%, POLY dividend policy is to payout 50% | trader536
03/6/2021 11:02 | Monty - when are the dividend reinvestment plans going to push the price up? | trader536
03/6/2021 10:34 | Looked at Notgold IPO so no money going to Norgood in IPO just the shareholders selling, is that normal ? | montyhedge
03/6/2021 10:08 | Don't blame them cashing in. | montyhedge
03/6/2021 09:59 | Another Russuan gold miner coming to the market near you....and very soon. Norgold will list in London | zicopele
03/6/2021 08:22 | Strange this was up first thing must be fomo traders last effort. | montyhedge
03/6/2021 08:11 | Or maybe so... Switch the sale proceeds into FRES, probably. | imastu pidgitaswell
03/6/2021 08:00 | You will get your Poly back after all............. then want to sell it at 10.30. ; ) | finctastic
03/6/2021 07:53 | Or maybe not... ;-) | imastu pidgitaswell
02/6/2021 21:39 | t - no, I think it will too and positioned accordingly last week... As might have been predicted, after selling some Poly in the hope of buying back cheaper tomorrow, looks like it’s going to be higher with the gold price. No matter. | imastu pidgitaswell
02/6/2021 18:50 | Mine has paid into iweb | yam114
02/6/2021 17:49 | If all stock valuations were based on earnings we wouldn't have undervalued or over valued stocks. Also forward dividend is based on future earnings, stick $50 silver in your calculator and look at FRES future dividends based on the dividend policy | trader536
02/6/2021 17:44 | C'mon you're a gambling man, that's why you are here ;-) | trader536
02/6/2021 17:41 | Stupid - you make some valid points, but your post confirms that FRES is far more volatile than POLY. This can be also confirmed by comparing the ATR of both stocks. FRES overshoots POLY to both the upside and downside. FRES has recently overshot to the downside (despite rising silver) and the next move (imo) will be FRES overshooting POLY to the upside. I'll offer you a £1000 bet that FRES will experience a greater percentage gain over POLY in the next six months? We'll take it from todays close to COB on 02 December? I guarantee 100% I will honour the bet via exchange of bank account numbers via private message with you. | trader536
02/6/2021 17:08 | RE POLY/FRES - a lot on depends on your timeframe: To me, this says FRES will rise relative to POLY - it has lagged a lot, or actually simply fallen further than POLY: free stock charts from uk.advfn.com But over 12 months, it is just closing a gap that had opened up the other way (FRES rose more than POLY in the last 6 months of 2020): free stock charts from uk.advfn.com There are no absolutes; POLY is cheaper (by a factor of 2) on an earnings multiple basis, and pays a dividend more than twice that of FRES. But there are political risks (higher taxes, even - some might say - risk of appropriation of assets by the Russian state), so that risk is to an extent (who knows?!) reflected in the POLY share price. I just believe them both to be significantly undervalued - not by a factor of 2 or more, but plenty, maybe 50%+ - and that is good enough for me. A little recklessly, I sold quite a few POLY (but no FRES) towards the close; we have been here a number of times lately. Sod's law is that it will now carry on up - but I am still holding plenty if it does. | imastu pidgitaswell
02/6/2021 15:54 | Ah yes I see it there now. Thanks for that. | spawny100
02/6/2021 15:52 | look under "dividend history" as it now shows as ready to transfer into cash account which was the case with lloyds last week, whereas yesterday there was no sign | keelstow |
