Been months now. Polo could easily get a new Nomad but why would they? No small shareholders to worry about. Can pay himself as he wants. This is why London is so bad for this type of issue. In the US a class action and probable arrest warrant worldwide. Here? Nothing. Will Polo ever come back? No idea. probably not.

I don't know of any grey market but last traded at 1p so can't go much lower. Since the company is run for the sole benefit of Tang there is no need to keep shareholders informed as he knows what's going on; the rest of us don't matter.

The fact that GCM were able to do the placing with 'institutional and professional investors' bodes well. They would know that the share price will likely drop to placing price. Hope this indicates a longer term optimism based on inside info.

If they don't get the go ahead for GCM then polo and GCM are done.This is merely just Squeezing every last penny and then china will just toddle off into the sunset with the licences.
