Sunshine minerals ?

It's listing on AIM very soon and Hamish holds a stake in them through GUN.

They are into Nickel and that's one of the things that PLMO are interested in.

Listen to the vox cast interview with plmo.

You dont spend all your cash unless you have no need for it

Or can they have their cash back in time for the annual works party? Rofl

We shall just have to be patient and wait and see.

Burton didnt invest here for fun nor did Mason.

I expect they have something up their sleeves.

PLMO have not spent their cash they have loaned it out at 10% interest.
Loans get repaid however if Oyster takes off they will take up their option to convert the loan into shares at 50cents.

PLMO wins either way but has limited its risk and exposure to Oyster.
Smart move.

I realise it is not oyster so is it some other company looking to list?

I have already posted a while back and pointed out that oyster is not rto'ing into PLMO.
It was looked at but it is not so easy to rto an American/Canadian company into an AIM shell due to problems arising from currency differentials. It is to costly and messy.

PLMO has other things in mind so I believe.

Why else would you spend all your cash unless you knew it was surplus to requirements?

Just remember PLMO did not buy shares in Oyster and nor does it have to.
If Oyster falls its no skin of our noses.
We restructured the deal , we 'lent' them £500k and we get 10% interest on the loan.
If Oyster shares dont rise we simply collect on the loan interest which is way above normal interest rates.

If Oyster takes off which many think it will , then we can 'convert' the loan into shares at 50 cents per share.

We win if we lose and we win if we win.

And thats just the keep things ticking over deal.

The real juice is yet to come.

It will come.

Taken from OY rns dated 20/6/17

"The closing of the Financings are expected to occur by no later than July 13, 2017".

We should have a rns at anytime saying that the deal has gone through!

COPL were chasing billions of barrels of oil and their share price multi multi bagged , so our investment in OY should do extreamly well.
