Polarean Imaging plc (AIM: POLX), the medical-imaging technology company, with a proprietary drug-device combination product, announces that it was notified on 10 October 2019 that Dr Jonathan Allis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,540,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.00037 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.06 pence per share on 8 October 2019.

Following this transaction, Dr Allis now holds a beneficial interest in 1,540,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
