14/10/2019 23:37 | Name me a share that doesn't have any sellers? :) People will take profits at different levels, value will always prevail. Successful phase III trial should result in a very different value here. | aimsurfer
14/10/2019 21:28 | 10 k seller still dumping their 13p shares. | john henry
14/10/2019 14:21 | Good to see buyers still accumulating. News must be any day now.Public holiday in the states today, wonder if last patients were pencilled in for today when they are potentially not in work.Either way last indication was the trials should complete this week. | aimsurfer
12/10/2019 16:28 | #POLX Polarean Imaging. Jonathan Allis (NED) bought 1.54m shares at 13.06 pence. Amphion overhang now cleared. Great to see a material director purchase of £200,000. Jonathan was founder and CEO of #Blueearthdiagnostic | loglorry1
12/10/2019 06:25 | Discussed on the Vox Markets podcast yesterday: | mcfly79
11/10/2019 19:54 | Would have cost him around £200k. Got a good price but it's still its not small change. | aimsurfer
11/10/2019 16:33 | Nice directors purchase, he definitely isn't the one selling them currently! | slicethepie
11/10/2019 11:06 | One of the buyer who got in at 13p made some noise on twitter before the trades started going through. He was trying to convince Justin that amp were out, conversation then moved offline. Some might take profits but hopefully some will also hold for the big news and gains. This should see multiples with FDA approval for those willing to wait. | aimsurfer
11/10/2019 11:03 | i make that 28 10k sells so far. Talk about making it obvious LOL | john henry
11/10/2019 08:40 | Hopefully cleared soon. | mcfly79
11/10/2019 08:38 | I think it will be some of the buyers flipping. Comment by Justin on twitter that some took more than needed to get the deal done. | mcfly79
11/10/2019 08:34 | That will be the mm, very unlikely to be other recipients as they will (should be) long term supporters and not after a quick buck! | slicethepie
11/10/2019 08:05 | There has been a constant 10K seller since the 8th so im guessing these are a buyer of the 13p shares selling. 24 so far. | john henry
11/10/2019 07:56 | Great to get confirmation. This will be the first time some people hear about it.Amphion are surely bust now. The $2.3m loan was just part of much larger debts. They had $30m in total. | mcfly79
11/10/2019 07:49 | Onwards and upwards | hamidahamida
11/10/2019 07:48 | It will be interesting to see who else took this stake, I assume the mm took a chunk and is still supplying the market demand however there must be more Tr1 given size of sale. | slicethepie
11/10/2019 07:08 | There we have it. No more significant immediate selling pressure. Good news ahead of trial results. | aimsurfer
11/10/2019 02:36 | Amphion was delisted from AIM some time ago due to a failure to communicate their accounts on time as per AIM rules so this wouldn’t be the first time they’ve shafted themselves. 13p per share also demonstrates that the amended lender terms AMP apparently negotiated for a further 12 months meant FA to the lender. Who sells at a 50% discount to the market price? both parties were clowns in my humble opinion. This stock is going up short term (TN1 and trial completion), mid (trial readouts) and long term (FDA approval?) I can’t see any merit in the risk this will fail. Only thing that could prevent this stock sailing well into profit is the corruption of USA politics and institutions, not impossible of course, arguably all-ready present. The FDA will need a lot of legal ammunition to prevent this being approved so I will trade this in the short term and hold for the long term. Good luck to all holders. A juicy week upon us. My prediction is 25p+ within 14 days. 29p by December readouts and 32p by March. X C | travelhead
10/10/2019 23:53 | More likely Amphion will turn into a shell company likely Motif as pretty sure disposal cleared their debt. | pejaten
10/10/2019 23:24 | Amphion lost all their shares in Polarean and are facing almost certain bankruptcy/ delisting. I'm guessing they have more important things to worry about than notifying that their lender decided to sell all their polx shares on the cheap. | aimsurfer
10/10/2019 17:25 | I'm surprised we haven't had an announcement from Polarean or Amphion. On Justin's video posted last night he says he's been told that a group of UK investors did a deal with the lender to buy the shares at 13p:https://youtu.be | mcfly79
09/10/2019 21:11 | global - watch the link from about 11 mins for a better explanation of revenue | wooster4
09/10/2019 20:55 | yes - that will be the main revenue stream. | wooster4 |
