09/4/2021 09:55 | I invested here quite a while ago, and when the placing came, which wasn't a surprise, I wasn't convinced there would be sufficient news flow over the period to October to maintain the price so I held back. The offer to PIs was minimal anyway, so I thought it was more of a 'friends and family' deal. It will be interesting to see what they can drum up over the next 6 months. If it's quiet, patience may yet be rewarded. | supernumerary
09/4/2021 09:24 | Supernum I don't think the placing was well handled. My view is that it isn't terrible on the dilution risk compared to raising post approval. Obv risk for investor is they pay now and tiny chance if not approved. However I'm willing to take that risk. | loglorry1
09/4/2021 09:22 | AJ bell should have a trading account too so first transfer there. If its a tiny position you can just sell and are buy and pay spreads and comms. | loglorry1
09/4/2021 09:14 | Yes, a good presentation. A pity it wasn't given before the placing, I would have taken a very different attitude towards it... | supernumerary
09/4/2021 09:12 | Thanks. Stocks isa with iweb. Sipp with a j bell so I believe all same group so Im kind of at first stage already | moontheloon
09/4/2021 09:01 | Large volume yesterday has cleared placing overhang. Should tick up now considerably. I bought 30% more. | loglorry1
09/4/2021 08:59 | @moon put them in your trading account alongside your sipp provided account. No fees for this. Then ask them to do bed and sipp which should again be very cheap around £50 fixed fee to cross with a market maker. A few months later you should get your 20% top up. | loglorry1
09/4/2021 08:43 | Im looking into selling the shares I hold in an isa and putting thrm alongside a small amount in my sipp and at the same time getting a nice 20% top up from the government on the sipp. Makes sense. And I'm only several years off my first access of pension funds. Any idea on a good way to sort the machinations of this... I'm obviously going to be out of the market in the period of funds clearing for withdrawal but thryre both the same group. So obviously if get a short term mini spike on the isa funds and ideally buying on a dip in the sipp. But I have a feeling we may start ticking gradually up from here. | moontheloon
09/4/2021 08:23 | Moon, lovely to see you all is well with me and I hope the same goes for you. Yes the takeover price still smarts a little. Best of luck here, the more I look the more I like it. | w t tutte
09/4/2021 08:00 | RE takeover too cheaply tutte... We know all about that, had a small investment here from which I'm underwater but its a great hold. Thanks for highlighting. Hope you're well | moontheloon
08/4/2021 17:34 | I was on POLX investor call. Pulmonary medicine market in the US is $140bn per year and they have a tool which is unique in explaining gas exchange function in lungs. 100 investors on the call. Perfect business of selling the machines plus consumable gas once approved to rake in cash. | loglorry1
08/4/2021 16:05 | Particularly interesting that they are believing that a lot of the guys where the ‘research̵ | rhatton
08/4/2021 15:59 | Very Professional and exciting presentation by Richard just now at the Investor Meet Webinar outlining both product imaging, methodologies and commercial strategy which could be more extensive than just commercial Hospital Centers treatments as he highlighted discussions with big Pharma in research trials in pulmonary and respiratory medicine to reduce time and cost to clinical trial end points. Rock solid hold and significant potential post FDA Licence. | adorling
07/4/2021 10:46 | The weakness we are seeing is from a few people trimming shares bought in placing. Once that is cleared it should be pretty tightly held and will march on up as we head for FDA result IMHO. | loglorry1
07/4/2021 10:35 | Thanks for the correction rHatton, either way plenty of upside from the 60's... | 74tom
07/4/2021 08:37 | £277m would equate to £1.33 approx with the new shares that will be in issue soon. We currently have a market cap of £135m with the new ones taken into account | rhatton
06/4/2021 21:40 | Bought back in today after being out since the spike up in October. The PDUFA is 6 months today, so this is a simple buy and hold until then. 4D Medical listed on ASX was FDA approved last year, its pre revenue but has a market cap of £277m at present - that would equate to £1.67 for POLX. I suspect we get to within touching distance of £1 by September if not sooner, with a very nice pop on any approval. | 74tom
06/4/2021 15:31 | Many thanks | wisecat2
06/4/2021 15:15 | Hi wisecat2 The open offer was 61% oversubscribed. Extra share allocation is being scaled back to around 51% Regards Iron | ironpyrites
06/4/2021 08:11 | anyone know the allocation for extra shares in the open offer please | wisecat2
30/3/2021 16:15 | your few more seems to have done the trick | robow
30/3/2021 16:02 | Added a couple more this afternoon. Perhaps the placing low is in now and a gradual move up over the next few months towards hopefully approval | rhatton
25/3/2021 10:53 | Maybe. Who knows... Its a discount with no trading costs involved. Talking pennies but in the aim of buying low. | moontheloon |
