The Company announces the allotment of 155,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 2 June 2020 at a price of 1,928.00p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 2.49%.

The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 1 June 2020 was 1,891.76p per share.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

   --    Ordinary shares remaining in Company's block listing - 11,084,049 
   --    Ordinary shares remaining under shareholder allotment authority - 11,080,500
