The Company announces the allotment of 600,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid out of the Treasury Account. These shares were issued for cash on 13 April 2021 at a price of 159.00p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 1.30%.

The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 12 April 2021 was 157.41p per share.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

   --    Ordinary shares remaining in Company's Treasury Account - 37,775,000 
   --    Ordinary shares remaining in Company's block listing - 2,100,000 
   --    Ordinary shares remaining under shareholder allotment authority - 16,195,000 
   --    Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue - 165,000,000
