25/3/2009 19:24 | Has breached 40p and almost touched 30p - could have bottomed with a current NAV of circa 46p ! | masurenguy
09/1/2009 16:48 | just checked - forecasts for 6p eps 2010 and 5p div - still too high if thats the best they can do - retest 40p very possible | its the oxman
09/1/2009 16:44 | bit of a disaster here possibly - looking like div is under threat as earnings fall - performance fees are the hope i guess but may not be enough | its the oxman
23/7/2008 10:54 | Your not reading it correctly liquidkid. They have earnt £27.6m in performance fees in the last quarter as I read it. Performance and currency movements have added $210m in the last 3 months. Obviously they will pay a fair whack of that 27.6m in remuneration but its still a huge number relative to market cap. | nickcduk
23/7/2008 10:05 | That's only £6.5mn in three months of Accrued but not yet earned. with Operating costs running at over £30mn pa its not significant enough The AUM at 1 July 2008 was $3.3bn so there is a month on month fall of £50mn. | liquidkid
23/7/2008 09:02 | A cracking trading statement today. Huge increase in accrued performance fees during the period. Market hasn't really cottoned yet. Ive been doing most of the buying this morning but have struggled to get filled in any size. I think POLR will blow away market forecasts if they maintain their performance for the year. | nickcduk
04/4/2008 11:51 | Bloody hell its gone into auction. | kimboy2
04/4/2008 11:33 | Well I got in today. Looks well oversold and should provide a warrant on any market recovery. | kimboy2
02/4/2008 08:41 | is this a buy now? any views appreciated | its the oxman
11/12/2007 17:22 | "........Secondly, it clear that the increased volatility in markets has made the accurate forecasting of performance fees less easy." yeah, no sh*t, sherlock! | not manu
11/12/2007 11:43 | Snap! "It is nevertheless possible that investors become somewhat more cautious short term on equity directionality and allocation, particularly in more volatile markets...It is worth highlighting two shorter term concerns. Firstly market uncertainty and volatility will lead to a more challenging environment for increasing funds under management. Secondly, it clear that the increased volatility in markets has made the accurate forecasting of performance fees less easy." | liquidkid
10/12/2007 16:20 | They've all got to warn on next year these fund of fund of fund of's RAB first up today | liquidkid
10/12/2007 13:21 | net performance fees are almost 75% of net operating income! see the 310307 Annual Report for details. | not manu
31/10/2007 16:14 | downtrend close to being broken now 220p bid - another 10p higher and things could really be looking up | its the oxman
31/10/2007 16:14 | downtrend close to being broken now 220p bid - another 10p higher and things could really be looking up | its the oxman
31/8/2007 09:23 | Does any one have the weekley or monthly NAV (performance) for the Polor Funds very interested to see how they have come through the last month or so? | danielr
31/7/2007 09:46 | ugh, now a new low - good appointment as chairman though - icp has long been a favourite with me and solid on delivery - doubt tom bartlam would want to be involved if prospects wern't sound. frustrating share price performance, just got to be patient i guess. | its the oxman
11/7/2007 20:17 | It hasn't been a share to make any money in. But that seems a clear double bottom, markets permitting, so will put on watch again | kingfast
06/7/2007 11:41 | must confess am somewhat surprised at the lack of interest in this share but may work out to be a good thing in time i guess. will carry on talking to myself for a while. | its the oxman
29/6/2007 13:46 | results look decent enough to me with good div, aum growth and fund performance so why no move in the sp? broker targets anyone. | its the oxman
05/6/2007 10:37 | yep, not looking very turbo charged at present - but reserving judgement till results | its the oxman
15/5/2007 14:48 | This share has lost all its liquidity, not that it had any. Also being a micro cap may not help if AUM growth slows. Note BlueBay & Ashmore reporting 10% quarterly growth recently that should be the minimum for the current valuation. Not really a good offer for private investors Maybe better off investing in one of their funds. | liquidkid
19/4/2007 08:24 | shares up slightly in response to the trading update | its the oxman
17/4/2007 09:02 | anyone anything to add on this one? | its the oxman |
