Director Shareholding

Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, has been notified that James Longley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, yesterday transferred 13,649,824 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.38 pence per Ordinary Share into a SIPP and ISA account (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, James Longley's total beneficial interest remains unchanged at 67,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.18 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
