09/10/2018 08:54 | Capitalisation (value of the company based on the share price) still only £8.33 million. Cheap given the likelihood of strong growth in the near future. | bishopawn
09/10/2018 08:52 | Morning all. Initial thoughts; I'm concerned that they've swung into a loss for the year. I think it may get worse, before it gets better. -------------------- The sites captured all the Triad income available to them: "All six sites hit the TRIADs available to them during the winter period and the revenue from that alone, of around GBP5 million" 73% of site revenue came from Triad: "These sites had a combined revenue of GBP6.835 million in the year ended 30 April 2018 and an EBITDA of GBP3.645 million" That source of income will never be the same again: "This winter, following OFGEM's review of TRIADs, we will achieve 66% of last year's income into each investment." | bmcb5
09/10/2018 08:49 | 40mw of potential gas sites under assembly in-house with a view to entering planning in the next few months | montynj
09/10/2018 08:39 | "We are close to receiving formal offers ", "we are in advanced discussions", "greater appetite for both equity and debt"...received mezzanine financing up to 10% and asset financing of £25 million so far but in advanced discussions for the rest. All looks good to me. | montynj
09/10/2018 08:38 | The more I read this the better it is. Fantastic update re funding...it's on its way for gas site development! With majority gas site ownership this Co will be valued at 100's of millions in the next few years. | a1m1investor
09/10/2018 08:31 | We have also received non-binding indicative terms from an asset finance institution for an initial GBP25 million. | nw99
09/10/2018 08:27 | With such a positive projection and massive reduction in risk here, expect to see those shorts I mentioned closing out and this slowly grind back up to 2.5p ;-) | a1m1investor
09/10/2018 08:13 | Where did you see that? | 1savvyinvestor
09/10/2018 07:59 | One investor with 25m impressive | nw99
09/10/2018 07:57 | Nice Revenue on the diesel sites, that's a pleasant surprise! :) As expected the sites are paying themselves off with the positive cash flow. All said and done, it's the gas sites that are the future here, and it all reads extremely positively that funding is all but secured. Looks like PPG have their pick of funding options and with a "majority stake" despite some posters guesses here recently!! Fantastic to hear and all I was looking for from the update!! All steam ahead now for the good ship Plutus!! :D | a1m1investor
09/10/2018 07:49 | Agreed and the income they have already was a real positive | nw99
09/10/2018 07:48 | No worries Pug that's fine am in for the future here which looks very bright with a lowly share price. | nw99
09/10/2018 07:45 | reading between the lines there seems to be an indication that maybe Plutus will acquire a greater percentage of the spvs. This could be great business. I understand that once over 50% they can add the income to the bottom line. | 1savvyinvestor
09/10/2018 07:40 | nw99 - I did but have a different interpretation than you when reading the full results - Only time will tell which of us is correct. | pugugly
09/10/2018 07:39 | pugugly another name for Marvin. Company hugely solvent, making serious money behind the firewall of 45% ownership of spvs. 3 diesel sites being rolled into one gas site on the Medway. All good | 1savvyinvestor
09/10/2018 07:38 | All six sites hit the TRIADs available to them during the winter period and the revenue from that alone, of around £5 million, will be used to pay down construction debt and ultimately enhance the value attributable to shareholders when the sites are eventually sold. | nw99
09/10/2018 07:35 | Did you not read it . All six sites hit the TRIADs available to them and generated good cash flow to assist in paying down development debt | nw99
09/10/2018 07:28 | Interpretation of results - We are ugently seeking cash as otherwise we are likely to go bust.. | pugugly
09/10/2018 07:26 | We are making good progress with financing and we look forward to securing sufficient finance to commence building up our gas sites in the coming few months . | nw99
08/10/2018 21:28 | I see the ridiculous ramping is getting into overdrive again. On the basis of what? Absolutely nothing. Watch for the selling once the bid is raised. PPG came into existence because triad was very lucrative. Triad is history. Where does that leave PPG? Triad was not just icing on the cake as the rampers like to say but it was a large part of the cake. That's why there has been diddlysquat on funding. The future for PPG does not look good in my opinion.. | maybesum
08/10/2018 19:44 | Desperate from them as usual | nw99
08/10/2018 19:42 | Your an idiot! | chopyead
08/10/2018 19:25 | ...wait did I log in as Aim1 again, darn it!! Meant to log in as Savvy that time! This is confusing :D | a1m1investor |
