19/7/2018 13:06 | Speak to the company you will them know what they are doing else your posts are all hot air | nw99
19/7/2018 13:05 | Message him or stop complaining | nw99
19/7/2018 12:26 | Talking the company up: From what I have learnt from other investors conversations with certain members of the board, is they very much over embellish, over promise the opportunity, you are sold to like an over bearing pensions salesman. This is why we find ourselves where we are, totally over promised and now finding it very difficult to deliver on. I want this to work, I am invested in this but there is a huge disparity between what has been stated in the RNSs and what has actually happened, this is bad and naive management and very poor investor relations. Its always best to under promise & over deliver. What has actually transpired, shows a lack of experience, professionalism & little care of the investors. Wouldn't it have been better to have looked to have delivered 2 gas sites (roughly 25 million of funding required) and making a real success of it, rather than going for what they have eluded to in the RNSs over the last 14 or so months, as of right now, this just seems to be beyond their ability. | lilah1
19/7/2018 12:15 | monty, really? Was that savvy checking his inbox? | pbanus
19/7/2018 11:39 | One of the last Rns's stated that gas sites being built were dependant on CM contracts being won. No wonder there is no news on funding then. As for speaking to the bod, having done that in the past several times, they don't actually tell you anything other than talk the company up, so pointless. But things clearly not going well. | maybesum
19/7/2018 11:33 | Just got msg from chairman saying he is still waiting for rush of emails | montynj
19/7/2018 09:43 | Excellent great to hear | nw99
19/7/2018 08:33 | I've just communicated with chairman an hour ago so do what I said to btinternet or other email | montynj
19/7/2018 08:28 | St Brides have admitted that they inadvertently put numbers no longer in use on the last RNS. Careless I agree. But as nw99 and monty say email is best and then follow up phone call once in touch. I'm not putting a number on here as this is a public forum and it it is not my position to give out private numbers | 1savvyinvestor
19/7/2018 08:19 | Just get on and email and stop complaining | nw99
19/7/2018 08:16 | The issue is quite clear, perhaps a dullard like you can't grasp it. The only one brazenly lying appears to be you. You previously stated the phone numbers worked, now you say they are out of date, from January 2018...really????? | pbanus
19/7/2018 08:03 | What is your issue? The phone numbers on the last rns are out of date but the plutus email address goes straight to him . I could name five posters on here who speak regularly with him . Either you are using the wrong address or are brazenly lying. In addition the pr company , st brides , have a good relationship with him and indeed had a meeting last week. The only area where pis have been let down is the actual delivery of the funding but this is an issue of timing. Continual RNS announcements saying "we are working at it" are not going to cut ice . So we have to choose whether to be patient and trust it will happen or move on to other shares . I will do the former . | 1savvyinvestor
19/7/2018 07:51 | The one on the website does work. Also try ctatnall@btinternet. | montynj
19/7/2018 00:26 | "Several of you on here have complained to me privately that you can't get hold of the Chairman" - these are your words. However you dispel as nonsense the notion that the Chairman wont speak to shareholders when many on here have complained of just that fact. I've tried emails and phone numbers directly listed on interim and final year results announcements with the directors names by the side of them. I've also tried the PR company St Brides Partners. Others have done the same. So please don't claim the Chairman always talks to shareholders as clearly he's been avoiding doing just that. Your comments seem to suggest that people who've mentioned on here that they've tried to contact the Board of Directors are liars. Clearly they aren't. As I mentioned earlier the PR company are very apologetic, they can't be held responsible for the inconsiderate behaviour of the directors. He has my email address and phone number but chooses not to contact me - which leads me to draw the impression I've outlined on here. Your comment "Tatnall always acts properly" simply is not borne out by the facts. You're making yourself look foolish by claiming otherwise. | pbanus
19/7/2018 00:12 | Mainly they have asked private questions. And no I'm not charles!! Nor am I employed by them . I am however in contact as are several other posters. Tatnall always acts properly. He obviously only give information that is available to all investors . At this time of negotiations things are fluid and continually changing. | 1savvyinvestor
18/7/2018 23:20 | perhaps Savvy is Charles, certainly speaks up a lot for him. You said yourself many people from here have contacted you privately as they can't contact the man himself, or have you changed your mind about that now as well? | pbanus
18/7/2018 22:40 | This is just nonsense . He is very open with shareholders and always has been. | 1savvyinvestor
18/7/2018 19:08 | Top man he will lead us onto the next stage and the shares will re rate accordingly . Buy and hold | nw99
18/7/2018 19:00 | I'm surprised that Charles Tatnall has suddenly changed his tune. I know of a number of shareholders who've gone through the correct channels of the PR company and asked to speak with a director. The PR company to give them credit, have been very apologetic and explained they pass on the requests and emails but obviously they can't be held responsible when the chairman and his crew don't bother to get in touch. There are many skills required of being a director, one of which is to manage stakeholders and not run away, play at being an ostrich burying your head in the sand hoping the problem goes away. Whatever the outcome regarding funding the bod have done a lot of damage to investor trust and have cast doubt on their ability to run a PLC. In the early days of the share sliding it was many of the people on here who were buying more shares to support the price. All the bod have done is drain funds out the company. Perhaps it's now got to the point where the bod are worried, so now they're prepared to speak - very big of them! | pbanus
18/7/2018 18:55 | One thing worth remembering. It took Plutus over a year to negotiate a deal with Rockpool where they had 45% ownership. They are after a much bigger share on the gas sites and hammering out a deal to the satisfaction of all involved is a tortuous and complicated affair especially with all the changes since Ofgem decided to chuck Triad in the bin. Add in the CM auctions problems in January and I imagine many different calculations are being made throughout the industry to best create a reliable and importantly predictable income stream. | 1savvyinvestor
18/7/2018 17:33 | several of you on here have complained to me privately through the message system that you can't get hold of the Chairman Charles Tatnall. He has told me he is happy to speak to anyone, whatever their view on the company. Please email him at charles.tatnall@plut | 1savvyinvestor
18/7/2018 16:56 | isa2020 - Triad payments run for another 3 years and other revenue streams are what we're basing our business on now. The figures are rather unknown and that is the nature of the beast when we cannot put these SPV's earnings on our accounts. We are hoping to change that model when the gas sites ever get built. Will the Rockpool sites all get sold off next year providing a much needed windfall for PPG shareholders - I'd like to think so. Need an update from the mgmt, an update, any update, something. | 2pablo |
