24/6/2018 20:15 | Nothing but a cash cow for its CEO! | marvin9
24/6/2018 18:12 | Not a given that the sites will be sold on next year anyway. Three still to be built and Offgem may have further reforms in the pipeline for embedded generation now that they have put triad to the sword. | maybesum
24/6/2018 13:46 | Cheers Savvy. Still guess work needed for the other 5 SPVs...no idea of the levels of debt. Only until these are sold, will we know how much is in the coffers. Lots of guess work and speculation only leads to doubt. More information is needed about everything concerning PPG. | rhug1966
24/6/2018 13:39 | No profits for pis only insiders | ramas
24/6/2018 08:04 | although I said I wouldn't post until news thought rhug needed one answer. There is evidence of spv profits. Attune energy which was the first of the spvs created is running a profit of around £1 million (gross profit £904,000 ). After tax and expenses first year showed an actual profit of £491,000. Outstanding debt of £2.8 million. These are the figures for 2017 so this years will be similar with debt down to around £2.2 million I expect. | 1savvyinvestor
23/6/2018 22:32 | Thanks Renard for the reply. Got to say that half book value is based on speculation and things that may happen. No news on other 3 sites, no news on gas sites, no evidence on profit of SPVs and no news on funding makes book value a guess at best. The only thing that is truly known is that there 6 SPVs in operation. | rhug1966
23/6/2018 21:23 | green frog and uk power reserve clearly disagree. Massive thumbs up for gas with major funding. | 1renard
23/6/2018 18:24 | Offgem are more than likely to make further revisions to embedded benefits after the judicial review decision coming down firmly in their favour regarding triad cut. Going to make fundraising for gas sites even more uncertain I fear. | maybesum
23/6/2018 07:46 | hmmm. Book value? Well - from figures bandied around here I reckon each 20 mw site will be worth somewhere in the region of £10 million. Plutus wouldn't get 45% of that value as there is finance to pay off. Around £2 million will likely have been paid off by sale time. Let's say another £4 million owed, leaving a potential £6 million to share. Worst case PPG would get £2.5 million per site. If 9 sites then over £20 million ( double current market cap). I presume that is the "half book " value people are referring to. | 1renard
22/6/2018 21:35 | End of the day you have to ask what is needed to operate what PPG have? A couple of buttons and background admin staff! Sooooooooooooooooooo Check out the share price, that's a reflection on your performance. | marvin9
22/6/2018 17:08 | Can you elaborate on half book value please ? That says to me that you know what the assets are worth. | rhug1966
22/6/2018 16:54 | Also equity markets elsewhere are all very overvalued getting very elevated long in the tooth and this equity bull market is overdue a a big correction so I'm happy to stay in the stock which is supported by assets and has not participated in the bull market....takeover target plus financing deal etc | montynj
22/6/2018 16:47 | Marvin9 is living on another planet...he calls today a disaster. Why ....Ofgem news already in price as has been known for more than a year..yes it would have been very good if OFGEM had been overruled today then share price would be heading back to 3p. However, it wasn't so share price now supported by trading at half book awaiting news on the asset financing...im relaxed | montynj
22/6/2018 15:53 | Hitch this train to anything to get out of the station! | bishopawn
22/6/2018 14:40 | Good good afternoon Judicial review on TRIAD payments, court threw out the review. SO... 1.) Priced at half book value, What is "book" value of this company .... 2.) Prospect of positive Ofgem Triad news, Oh dear.... 3.) News on gas sites at some point, Great .... 4.) Sales of Rockpool sites next year, Yup - 5.) Directors heavily invested How much £££ 6.) Industry consolidating with M&A activity Yup ... critical mass of assets important "underpinned by value" ... ...I wonder if Plutus becomes a takeover target? Good luck all A | axel27
22/6/2018 13:39 | We need an update please and it would be great to get some feedback / positive spin re the outcome of Ofgem | lilah1
22/6/2018 13:34 | From RNS 31st January 2018 re Interims. Outlook In conclusion, the Company has had a very successful first half with progress on many fronts, all of which should deliver near and longer term returns for our shareholders. Whilst there have been industry challenges, such as the OFGEM decision to step down TRIAD payments ahead of their phase out over the next three years (which remains subject to a court hearing in April 2018), we have continued to make strong progress with sites commissioning and others receiving planning permissions. Our approach to the market has also evolved with our diversification into different power generation and energy storage types. 2018 is expected to be a pivotal year in the development of Plutus with our move into gas powered, energy storage and hybrid generation sites. The Directors view the year ahead with confidence, as we start the development of our new strategy and complete the execution of the Rockpool Investee Companies' site build outs. | lilah1
22/6/2018 11:17 | Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say. No downside to this but a positive in that it's now settled and doubt removed | jackspratt |
