Update on Director Dealings

Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM quoted power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, announces that it has today been notified that James Longley, Interim Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today transferred 5,420,945 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.17025 pence per Ordinary Share into a SIPP account (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, James Longley's total beneficial interest remains unchanged at 81,666,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.36 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, and further to the announcement made by the Company on 31 July 2019 relating to the off market acquisition of 9,116,667 ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr Charles Tatnall and 9,116,667 Ordinary Shares by Mr James Longley, the Company can confirm that these transactions were undertaken at a deemed price of 0.3p per share. The Ordinary Shares were acquired from the Estate of the late Philip Stephens. The Company understands that there was no cash consideration and that the price of these transactions was a deemed price as the Ordinary Shares were acquired from the Estate of the late Philip Stephens in lieu of settlement of an outstanding debt between Messrs Tatnall and Longley and the Estate of late Philip Stephens.
