Director/PDMR Dealing
Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Difference internationally, announces that it has granted 160,926 restricted share units ("RSUs") over ordinary shares of NIS0.01 of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to director and employees of the Company or its subsidiaries in respect of such persons' remuneration packages for the 2021 financial year.
The RSUs were granted following their approval by the Remuneration Committee (to the extent required by law), Board of Directors, and, with respect to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. David Zruia, by the shareholders of the Company at the 2021 Annual General Meeting held on 4 May 2021 ("AGM"). Further information regarding the grant to Mr. Zruia is set out in the Notice of AGM dated 25 March 2021.
Each RSU represents an unfunded, unsecured right to receive, on the applicable settlement date, one Ordinary Share of the Company (subject to certain performance goals, the terms of the Company's Remuneration Policy as adopted by the Company's shareholders at the AGM and the Company's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan ).
Each RSU will vest on 31 December 2023 and 30% of the resulting Ordinary Shares will be subject to a further two year holding restriction ending on 31 December 2025.
