AO are pretty good in my experience. We changed our oven a year or so ago, the new one didnt fit due to some dodgy pipework at the rear, they exchanged it for an identical model to the one we replaced without quibble or additional delivery charges.

When Mrs E and I are out and about she generally likes to have Greatest Hits radio on, as most of the DJs are the ones the BBC junked off, Ken Bruce, Simon Mayo etc.

Given the library at their fingertips, you'd be amazed at how bad the choice of music they play is. Some of Rod Stewart, The BeeGees, Stevie Wonder and Tina Turner rarely fail to make an airing on any journey of 30+ minutes.

Like others, aghast at listening to all the stuff about banning smoking. Whitty and other 'experts' on TV/Radio and a bunch of 'em writing an open letter to the Telegraph. FFS! Has nobody learned the lessons of history regarding the US's attempt at Prohibition? All this can lead to is widespread evasion, racketeering and contempt by the general population for the 'rule of law'. (Between chasing up hate crimes, people standing closer than 2m to each other and now catching (certain but not all) people smoking, no wonder the police never actually prevent any real crime). If it goes through, of course the next one must be alcohol which has all the same characteristics of smoking. Bah!
