The jam roll here has a 6 year old. The amount of times she gets a call from the school telling her to pick him up for all manner of reasons is ridiculous.

The plural use of grandchildren rather surprised me. I assumed that it would be the state educated one. The privately educated ones actually taking a holiday, of course.
