NEXT PAYMENT TO THE HOLDERS OF SERIES A AND SERIES B BONDS

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, as per the Company's Restructuring Plan and the Settlement Agreement with Series A and Series B Bondholders from 11 January 2018 ("Settlement Agreement"), the Company intends to repay on 1 July 2018 a total amount of circa EUR2.18 million, of which circa EUR1.35 million shall be paid as an interest payment and circa EUR 0.83 million shall be paid on account of principal in accordance with the mandatory repayment provisions of the Company's Restructuring Plan.
