If a reverse T/O takes place after the deadline and the shares are cancelled it probably won't make any difference as the new vehicle can still use all the tax losses.It can presumably still exist as an unlisted private co and shares would still exist but become untradable ( a bit like Meldex!)

I got the letter as I said dated 19th April 2010; Check with Barclays they will have the info for you; Mine was with TD WaterHouse. But Maybe the Chairman and others should be made aware of your link

i received no update at all (besides what Ive heard from the Chairman, he stated that he has no idea what Foo Katan and Mr San are doing), if PLW does go under maybe someone can setup a website so disgruntled investors can post (perhaps this total may be of a significant %)

it may look slightly suspicious that the new company was set up the same week that PLW was suspended.

surely there would be a lot of PI investors with many questions, SVS, td waterhouse, barclays etc

Till anything actually happens we surely must keep faith in the current PLW board and chairman as there own experiences far outweigh mine in regards to this business.

I got a Corp action stating that if no reverse found then Shares will be canceled on the 19th May 2010;

19th April 2010 I recieved update on this Date and I am required to take "No action"

So it looks like Foo has this in the bag

i haven't received such a note for delisting of these shares, when did u receive this? i still own (x %) shares even after the post consolidation period

Do you still own shares ? I still have what use to be just under 3%. I note that I have a corporate action for delisting of the shares no action required. I am guessing FOO and Jez have already the power to swing the Vote. I have lost lots too But I would say for you if you still hold, an email to Hoodless would not be unreasonable; Just to ask the Question.

Find the address and I will also send em a mail. I have sent a few but no responses. Maybe I am sending them to the wrong addresses.

ive been hitting the bottle for while, not sure im best to represent myself in these present times (i dont take losses of this scale so well)especially when i could have invested in:

Barc 60p
RBS 6p
ladbrokes 130p
etc etc

Will wait till RNS day, it does seem strange that the other company was set up in the summer of 2008 a day after the PLW suspension

Has anyone asked PLW investers "Hoodless" Why FOO and Jez failed to find a company to reverse into PLW especially when those guys appear to be running such a company !!! Also strange that Jezz's 3D poker site is doing so well when PLW fell flat on its face. Maybe this relationship they have has something to do with it. I find it very strange

Someone lost everthing here csi maybe you should follow this up, It seems wrong to me

PLW need to provide clarity so share holders can either formally write off their investments or offset against other gains for CGT or confirm there is a faint pulse so shareholders can bottom drawer and see what happens.

Bizarrely, it's a shame CGT isn't higher as the loss is of greater benefit; this could well be the case as the new govt of whichever party looks to rake in more tax revenue so PLW losses could yet be useful!

Something may be pulled off, and a few may benefit which is normally the case, but there will be no benefit to shareholders (the owners). I think you need to take a hard dose of reality. I still can't believe you've got your head buried in the sand after all that has happened here.

Why on earth would anyone go out of their way to see old shareholders here benefit from a single penny of any new venture, when they can have all the gains themselves. Did you think the stock-market was a registered charity of something?
