09/4/2010 07:25 | Those Boys are Driving their Porshes around enjoying the sun and Money that comes to those who are successfull, and laughing their heads off. | moneyman18
09/4/2010 01:07 | you were shorting this stock for ages? | csilondon
08/4/2010 21:32 | So, er, well, it's now April, so shouldn't the loan have been repayed by now: "The Company announces that, further to the announcement made on 11 November 2009, Headstart Global Aggressive Fund Limited and Headstart Global Fund Limited (the "Headstart Funds") have agreed to extend the repayment date of part of an unsecured, interest-free loan of GBP37,300 to the Company (the "Loan Facility") from 31 January 2010 to 31 March 2010. GBP2,300 of the Loan Facility has been repaid by the Company and the remaining GBP35,000 is now repayable by no later than 31 March 2010. The funds drawn down by the Company under the Loan Facility are being used by the Company to undertake due diligence into acquisition targets in line with its investment strategy." ... and, er, if they haven't 'acquired' any business, how are they going to repay the loan? Maybe they have repaid the loan, but now have no cash left to be able to put out an RNS to tell shareholders! Thick as thieves. Scum of the highest order. | ldmachin
08/4/2010 07:48 | TrentEndBoy LOL LOL; yes on the face of it his PLW investment lost money, BUT look at the larger picture mate he would have lost nothing just gained. One simple question for yourselve is, How will you use your PLW loss, what gains do you have that can be used against such losses, Jez has plenty of gains to worry about, PLW collapse prob happened just in time. Next thing now suddenly you got another company owning a good 30% if not more. What have you got out of PLW's failure to find a suitable company to reverse into ? | moneyman18
07/4/2010 19:10 | Disgraceful. Jez lost a packet on these though - perhaps Foo is trying to pay him back. This will not be profit making for a while though. Good luck to them - perhaps they will go public one day. Foo has to do something to may the mortgage. | trentendboy
07/4/2010 19:04 | csilondon, Do some research on Jez San and Argonaut Games PLC and how that came to a sorry end for shareholders... but not so bad for everyone concerned. See any similarities with your beloved PLW? | ldmachin

04/4/2010 14:13 | So they took those games off the PLW Book for no reason except to so called cut costs, only to steel what was PLW software, how do they get away with it. Jez San somehow its interesting to see this name working with Foo. Makes you wonder how Business is done How come this company is nothing to do with PLW, I thought it was Foo's job to find an alternative. I guess Jez and Foo make the ideal team; I wonder when they will bring this company to the AIM | moneyman18
03/4/2010 02:07 | not sure why, but ive still got hope as ive got nothing else to hold on for! | csilondon
21/3/2010 18:45 | The CGT losses may be of more value next year. They're certainly worth more than the shares. | estseon
04/3/2010 10:25 | Yep and online Casino could and would have been a goldmine. But I am sure Foo has future plans for that; and I am guessing as you say all us PLW investors will not be included just shafted. All that rent money we paid and all the other little cream skimming tricks and we fell for them all. If you want more of the same then join me in BLZ | moneyman18
04/3/2010 10:13 | Just waiting to see the "The board, despite working very hard for many months, has been unable to find a suitable aquisition, that would deliver shareholder value, with the limited funds available" RNS. Tut, tut. Foo has done shareholders here good and proper. | ldmachin
03/3/2010 22:26 | Presumably 4 weeks to announce RTO or PLW de-listed and the end? Someone must want the tax losses ! | highly geared
02/2/2010 12:28 | I smell dodgy dealing with this last RNS. | whizzy1 |
