How is this not bullish? If they can achieve EUR300 in a pandemic year what can they do after a global recovery?

Fully priced here? Must be the biggest understatement of the year. Lol. But really!? 1.43 billion!!?? The financial division by itself is worth a good chunk of that by itself. To be priced fairly this need to be at least 8 Pounds man! That's the old guidfarr saying that!

Any idea what was consensus forecast? 300m is still a drop on last year but that’s to be expected with the covid impact.

Agreed hatfullofsky. Dumfounded that tradetech could have had a challenging H2 (Q3 was flagged but Q4 should have been strong) Long term hold only at these levels, i have trimmed on the rise. Fully priced here IMO

Good not great, Tradetech had a challenging H2, H2 adj EDITDA below H1.

I like the news on Michigan, I didn't see that announced anywhere.

Enough to consolidate, not enough to re-base. IMHO

Good time to top up? I think so, should get a post close TU this month in advance of results in Feb which should be strong and traderech must be smashing H2 given Q4 volatility. A traderech sale could be announced anytime too. No takeover prospects here though for a while IMO, need to dispose of tradetech first and deal with the asian grey market business which acts as a drag given its unregulated and underperforming. Don’t see italy bricks and mortar retail being attractive for a buyer either. On the plus side its licence partnership with Betmgm looks promising and more licence deals in the US will be announced whilst the activist investor will be working on realising value on a sum of the parts basis. Risk skewed to the upside IMO!

trent what are you still in im holding entain, 888, ptec, sbt, 888 by far the biggest holding, i think all of these will be taken over this year personally.

Possible but not US focussedPTEC need US entry from GANPTEC took eye off ball but could pull it back if they are quick and aggressive as they were in the old days

I really like the prospects here. Tradetech will have had a very strong final quarter with the read across from PLUS yesterday and any news on the sale this will rerate sharply once its a pure gambling tech company. Obviously the focus is on the US expansion but PTEC has an exciting growing presence in LATAM and several big markets are deregulating over the next year (Brazil, Argentina by province). Add in industry consolidation and we have good prospects for 2021 for share price appreciation. I really like 888 too which will provide a Bullish TU this week and has no chance of surviving industry consolidation IMO. Once Entain gets taken out i will add both here and at 888. Still long GMR too!!
