The resignation of a non exec director is a sign of an MBO in the making
However I understood that prior to the leaking of this news earlier this week
the intention was to do this by delisting and making a tender offer of 1p per share being almosat 4X the closing price of 0.25p
Someones got the wrong e3nd of the stick here, and circulated a rumour to buy !
Result +90%, +229%, +98% in 3 sessions DOH!!!!
They have NO INTENTION of paying any of you a premium anywhere near this level and the MBO is on hold until the price subsides
