23/3/2021 16:35 | Hi Bapodra and everyone.. I urge you to take a look at investment vehicle AAA, which has gone from 0.2p to 55p (a 275-bagger! In a year!) Chris Akers had a large early stake. This company is now valued at half a BILLION pounds, despite few people knowing exactly what it does or what its investments are worth. Take the last investment sale it made a couple of months ago - it received a measly £100K for it. No-one seems to know what its main investment ‘SentianceR Yet ever-increasing fundraisers (the last being circa £12Million) push up the MC...until it becomes almost exponential - and a self-fuelled virtuous cycle. I would argue that PIRI is a better and more transparent investment firm than AAA, and whether it takes this AAA_esque monumental channel for increase is a total unknown. But where Chris Akers is involved, value increases can be eye-wateringly monumental. | pennyfalls
23/3/2021 16:02 | Let’s hope that Piri shoot up like AAA. It has strong backing from Chris Akers, Pluto should light the rocket.🤞 | moormoney
23/3/2021 15:23 | Some good demand at the moment on the stock, and paying higher all the time since it went to 16p bid again. 16.15, 16.225, 16.30 nd the latest 16.40p | master rsi
23/3/2021 09:47 | pinkpudycat 23 Mar '21 - 09:16 - 1358 of 1358 0 0 0 16p is proving a strong barrier! ........ I see from ADVFN's charts that 8 million shares were traded yesterday - you have to go back more than six months to find any comparable-sized day's trade. . I note that I could buy in size yesterday morning, whereas this morning I can sell only in mkt size (15,000), so I didn't bother. I'm guessing those 8 million may be a lump that may take a day or two (a week?) to find new homes. avc One edit for grammar to avoid ambiguity made 15:52h, 23rd Mar | avc0nway

23/3/2021 01:17 | Took a position here yesterday after the update RNS landed and looking at the website and other links on the www. Looks very promising despite the healthy share price rise that has already taken place this year. Look forward to more news on the investment companies materializing, especially Pluto. baz9707 - Any chance of adding the company's website to the header and making all the other links active? Just need to edit the links to make the first "h" and "H" and change the "xx" to "tt". Should work as per: I see the details about the Pluto warrants are in this RNS: | lauders

22/3/2021 21:42 | Hi Bapodra.. I think you may be surprised if a certain set of events takes hold - albeit with a fair wind and backers with large pockets | pennyfalls
22/3/2021 19:26 | FAO Outspan and Bapodra, I’m also intrigued by this ‘lazy’ referencing to the % Piri stake in Pluto - that’s the last 2 RNS’ they’ve done that..lazy, or hiding a downsizing? As regards value between Piri, Arb and RGO, Piri certainly seem to have a cracking deal with the warrants - and it appears Piri’s 24Million trumps RGO’s seeming total lack of warrants. If Pluto becomes a behemoth, this could be a very very lucrative nifty piece of business by PIRI - and become a substantial part of the overall Market Cap. Bapodra: as regards PIRI attaining 40p...maybe you have to expand past the realms of ‘normal’ business practices to see the Quasi-Pyramid structure pushing AAA, Asimilar, DEV’s share prices. Let me state that none of this is illegal , but the ever-increasing MCs appear to bear little or no resemblance to ‘real-world The bigger the MC, the larger the fundraisers, the bigger the MCs, the larger the fundraisers...etc etc etc - a lot Is sentiment driven also. So, “legitimately “ I can see PIRI having a blockbuster or two in its stable, but I can also see this other method of value being exploited too. For the record, I’m happy with either! Personally think we could see north of 40p | pennyfalls
22/3/2021 16:51 | I bought a few today to keep building my holding. Sorry I sold my AAA, bad decision...so I’m holding onto these. | moormoney
22/3/2021 16:48 | Big sells on PIRI today, all late reported... but all easily absorbed. Good to see. | festario
22/3/2021 12:20 | Interesting the way Pluto has varied the terms of the warrants issued with its last funding round at 6p. Seems to have strongly benefited PIRI. For example, RGO did not claim to have been issued any warrants at all which I thought was strange when PIRI then announced it had been issued 24m exercisable @ 6p. Now I see that ARB's 121m warrants are exercisable @ 12p. Unusual I think but I would now have to conclude that RGO got no warrants (unless and until they make a clear statement on this); and that PIRI's warrants are worth the equivalent of 48m compared to ARB's. | outspan
22/3/2021 12:06 | Bap, just out of interest, have you looked at TRD as an investment. I currently have a few in the crypto world and of those I have, feel Piri & TRD are the best for covering most aspects of Crypto, along with other investments in other fields too. | dorset64
22/3/2021 11:53 | Nice update indeed but why haven't they recalculated the PIRI % holding in Pluto following the ARB investment? It would be simple enough to do so the wording of that statement seems a bit strange to me. Lost his calculator? | outspan

22/3/2021 10:00 | From the "UPS" thread .......... PIRI 16.75p +1p - Update on investment in the digital assets sector Pires Investments plc (AIM: PIRI), the investment company focused on next generation technology, is pleased to provide an update on its investment in Pluto Digital Assets plc ("Pluto"), a technology company that is operating in the exciting digital assets sector. Since Pluto's recent equity funding, which raised in excess of GBP20 million, the company continues to make excellent progress. It is now involved with a further nine digital asset projects and is also in discussions with several other early-stage decentralised technology projects; some of which the company expects to be signed in the coming weeks. In particular, Pluto recently participated in the latest FTX (a cryptocurrency exchange) project, Oxygen Protocol ("OXY"), a decentralised finance ("DeFi") Prime Brokerage Protocol. The new OXY token created as part of this project has recently successfully listed. Pluto holds 2,000,000 OXY tokens, acquired at a price of US$0.10 per token. Currently, OXY tokens are trading at around US$3 per token. In addition, YOP, one of Pluto's other projects, has announced the addition of non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") to its launchpad aggregator. This will also allow YOP holders to gain access to new token projects. Furthermore, YOP NFTs can now be purchased on the secondary market or farmed by staking YOP tokens. This demonstrates the continuing innovation of decentralised technology and new ways of using digital assets. As announced on 9 March 2021, Pires holds 32,518,876 shares in Pluto which, prior to Argo Blockchain plc's further investment of circa GBP7 million, represented a circa 6.4% shareholding in Pluto. In addition, Pires has warrants over 24 million new ordinary shares in Pluto. Peter Redmond, Chairman of Pires, commented: "We are very pleased to note Pluto's progress following its equity fundraise earlier this month. Pluto is extremely well-positioned to capture early-stage opportunities within the decentralised technology sector, which is growing rapidly. "We look forward to updating the market on Pluto's growth and the developments relating to its pipeline of projects in due course." | master rsi |
