Posted at 16/7/2022 15:59 by one_frankel Vote is for next Thursday I believe Bapodra and I too fully expect it will be unanimous in favouring the deal as retail have no plausible hand against those significant shareholders...And for their to be some incentive for existing investors, I anticipate both will start having some momentum before conversion but let the price action guide us hey!...However, if by any unfortunate circumstances the deal doesn't go through then I would be more worried for the future sustainability of Tern rather than Pires eventhough both continue to being rather illiquid but I think thats more to do with investor sector rotation with the presiding economic climate then anything else buddy. |

Posted at 30/6/2022 00:17 by one_frankel Pires last update if complicitly believed was indicative of it being in rude financial health Bapodra, the same cannot be said of Tern where investors continue in wishing upon for a miracle from one of their supposed acorns albeit already years in development without any form of commercialisation whatsoever and the longer they wait the more redundant that technology becomes so I expect investors will be left gravely disappointed in future...And it is Tern that requires this proposition to go ahead for its sustainability not Pires buddy and I could be truly mistaken but I honestly think Pires will start to have some very decent momentum in the coming weeks! |
