he could put another store on the site in the street scene in london . he could call at farrods. the property development will be worth a fortune once it gets the go-ahead i fancy a flat in either paris with the eifel tower as a view or venice overlooking the canals. why do you think its being bid for? if its worth 202.5 to the bidder its worth 250 to someone else.

I obviously hope it comes but am not sweating on it.

From £2.00 to £2.5 per share is a big ask.

He would have to be very sure about what he will do with it.

yes - if they bid 250p+ according to the RNS.

Why is their trades of 205p going through - 119k?

If the deal is done @ 200p why would there be someone taking 119k @ that price? Or is there another bid coming from Al Fayed? He doesn't seem like the sort of guy that's prepared to lose based on his Harrods acquisition.

Neither the Guardian or the Times have any mention in the last two days.

Has anyone found any other mention?

As Hollywood studios can spend many hundreds of millions of dollars on one film surely there should be a bid from the industry rather than from property developers etc?

worth looking at crystal amber shares that trade at circa 22% discount with 35% in pinewood. think mm are asleep on the nav uplift.

Al Fayed says he's consdidering an all cash bid now :-)

£100m mkt cap - well withing his budget imo.

£3 looks a good take out target on the chart imo with a bidding war going.

Will be all in the press tomorrow imo.

Perhaps Fulham will get a new stadium on the 70 acres under planning appeal?

Craven Cottage will be worth a lot more per acre if developed.

This may become a three corner contest at least before it is over.

The WB deal is about a year old.

Just points to how valuable Pinewoods 3 sites are and the not unuseful 200 acres of project pinewood.
