18/4/2013 09:53 | Managed a top-up @ a smidgeon under 40p this morning. They can now be released onward to that 43.5p/43.75p target! | skyship
17/4/2013 14:51 | Bought half back @ 39.44p last week, looks as though I should have bought them all back as they appear to be gearing themselves for a run at the 40p ceiling. A break should take them to 43.5p where the yield would still be 6.9%. | skyship
26/3/2013 19:16 | 75k director buy announced. | deadly
20/2/2013 11:48 | Also taken the turn here - 39.42p average, so over 40p adding in the divi. They're not really a sale IMO; I just wanted to raise my CASH level a tad! | skyship
13/2/2013 20:36 | badtime, I would want them to drop back to mid 30's to buy them. I just feel they are further through the disposal programme, and closer to distributions. | tiltonboy
13/2/2013 19:15 | Tilts ...what attracts you to TEIF rather than APT..the NAV on the property seems less than APT..on the last IMS..when adding back deffered tax it seems much higher...am i being a tad thick here (dont answer that) | badtime
13/2/2013 16:26 | A nice run for sure... | skyship
13/2/2013 16:13 | Have had a look at DSC, but more likely to add to TEIF in the short term. I've had a nice rotation out of SREI, into APT, into CIC, and then into PCTN. If only I could get compound growth like that all the time. | tiltonboy
13/2/2013 16:01 | TILTS - Yes, well you can do so much better by dealing on the book. Still, I'm hoping that they will continue to 40p, will then assess, but as they still yield 7.5% at that level, I may stay with it. So where do you go next for a property play? APT is off and running ahead of you, though I was lucky enough to get some @ 38p yesterday, so that could recur. How about DSC - have you taken a look at those? | skyship
13/2/2013 15:44 | Probably premature...again... | tiltonboy
13/2/2013 09:02 | Very encouraging, Jaws. | eeza
13/2/2013 08:50 | PICTON SCORES REGIONAL LETTING HAT TRICK -RNS and .75 p xd | jaws6
06/2/2013 18:56 | Some chunky trades revealed at the close... could be seller cleared ... time will tell... | nil desperandum
06/2/2013 13:14 | Ive PCTN and UKCM. DSC another property play worth a look. 3.5% yield but 40% discount to NAV. Soros recently bought 6%. | hugepants
06/2/2013 10:46 | I think the most recent basics are as follows, Dividend .75p X4 a year Thus 3p per annum div gives 7.8% yield at 38.5p The dividend is now covered by net rents received. The NAV is 51p. The discount to nav is 24% Long term finance was arranged last year. The discount compares with that of about 3% on UK Commercial Props which whilst about five times larger in market cap has some doubt about the cover on the div.The yields are similar. Looks worth 44p to me in steady markets. Investec recently increased its holding of Picton to 9% from about 8%. | bolador
05/2/2013 22:15 | And dividend has been rebased | sleepy
05/2/2013 21:11 | Urmmmm. I confuse easily. WHAT contains dodgy information please? | cwa1
05/2/2013 20:44 | That contains dodgy information - 2012 was a 15 month 'year' so. for example, the 5p dividend gives a false impression - think 4p for 12 months. | this_is_me
05/2/2013 11:51 | That might well have something to do with the recent relative strength:- | cwa1
05/2/2013 11:49 | Investec Wealth & Investment Limited have increased holding | mister md
05/2/2013 08:33 | Morning Trickled off 36.5p. Has Mr "have all you want at 36.5p" dried up completely, or just taking a breather for a day or two and will be back soon? | cwa1
29/1/2013 11:27 | Yes (in my opinion),if its based offshore, and I believe it is, because divs. are paid gross. | asmodeus
29/1/2013 09:23 | Is there any tax advantage in holding this in an ISA for dividend income? | jimcar
29/1/2013 08:33 | Morning All Just finished my topping up here. Reasonably pleased with the position now. If there is a "tame" seller, I wonder who it is and how many? Getting them on the order book below the published offer has been very little problem recently, so I guess, as tilts says, that one of the MMs has got a seller in their back pocket. | cwa1 |
