Interim results came out last year early December.
Can buy now at 18 - less than 22p recent share issue price.
Dividend cheque due soon.

No trading statement since AGM .

Interesting if back in profit again would be really nice news.

Tough time for a lot of small caps, something like NMT has fallen off a cliff this year as well however both have pretty solid financial positions, NMT in particular.

I'd be tempted with these at around 18p.

I think a takeover unlikely unless the ceo decided to cash in. Certainly he is a key man here,

I shall not be at AGM unfortunately as not well and Cardiff to Kent quite a distance.
If any one else on board does go please do share the experience.

Interesting. If capital required the dividend could have been shelved so some opportunity may have presented itself after dividend announced.

I do not see the transfer and movement of shares to SIPP as necessarily linked with the capital.

Sounds like more likely to be buying than selling and cash required to do so.
Stephen is after all interested in increasing SH value just the same as all of us!

Pity others could not have participated in the placing though.

Unless any one going to AGM i shall try to go.

Yes, I've know this company for years and I'm quite surprised the Stephen has allowed another holder 10% of the company. What the buyer has is mind could be interesting, it's surely not for the dividend. Working capital requirements....

Hmm have we missed a golden opportunity to get out? It would be nice to know who exactly took the shares in the placing. And I hardly think the price was manipulated up so King could profit from the relatively few shares he actually sold. And I see another large trade this morning. All very odd from such a sleepy stock.

Director sells at 26.5p, 2 days later placing at 22p. I think standards of corporate governance leave something to be desired here.

Always liked this company and its well run business, but in this case sledgehammer/nut come to mind. Tactless, arrogant and dismissive of long term shareholders imho.

Maybe we should forgive this one botched episode, but if private investors conclude otherwise and sell, management can hardly complain.

Price ramped up, then Director shuffles his holdings and sells some, then low and behold a Placing at massive discount. All,too dodgy for me

Yes I didn't see the RNS and just thought it was a director buy. Stephen King has sold a few like Danger Simpson says. Could this all be a few buys pushing the price higher with no substance behind it??
