Nothing, dangersimpson, you're dead right. The thing we're all missing is why the price is moving so much.....

Report and accounts sent out yesterday though nothing new from the recent up date.
But another chunk bought this morning at 30p.
I guess stock pretty tightly held given small size and history.
Dividend is attractive but given spread not worth a quick in and out as would negate the dividend.

M and A activity sounds best thing for shareholders especially given small size for AIM listing. And surely that is why one is listed anyway - to use shares.
Either buying or selling.

Maybe a hidden benefit in Brexit - more consultancy required globally!

Now accounts official.

Interesting:
Trades much higher than average. Punching above weight with listing but the listing does and has enabled deals. Also enables a predator to more easily acquire the business as the diligence process is largely on going with the listing.
I guess different predators may see value in different parts of the business which is a little diverse from the original health and safety core. Spreading risk with cross sell , and grasping opportunities.
The dividend is attractive but given spread I also would be surprised if that is the only reason to buy.
Time will tell but my guess is that sooner or later the hunter will be come the hunted and especially if the share price languishes below the cash and asset value.

I took a look at this a while back. Whilst its not a bad little group its too small really to be a listed company.

I agree:
Am a long time fan of team:
I bought some more at 25p - could not believe my luck - whats the panic.
open statement. so a goodwill impairment - non cash very conservative.
dividend value surely worth over 5% and net assets and cash well exceed meagre share price.
At this rate must be incredibly attractive to others if they wanted!
My guess is they are presently careful and opportunistic buyers rather than sellers. But share price should be stronger to enable that!!
Any other views on the Dividend strength?

I bought some of these at 30p FWIW; can't really understand the valuation which should be around double where it is now IMHO.

On the plus side acquisition payments complete, but looks like a few one off or end of contract orders need replacing. However dividend maintained and p/e on today's numbers still reasonable with fairly strong accounts.
I'd be neutral at this price but a buyer on weakness or new orders. Do like the management here.
Not holding, but 'hovering'. :)

They should start a modest share buy back IMV they have done this in the past coupled with a decent divi should get the price moving a little toward value.
