The ongoing audit taking longer than initially planned does not sound good at all. What after all the funding rounds might have the auditors uncovered and been unwilling to sign off without a lot of further information or assurances?

733,554,467 shares in issue as of 9th May with further warrants exercise-able.

All these new funds to be used to strengthen the company`s balance sheet and support the group to market development of Halcyon2.

So in a nutshell, they have spent most of the money they raised in Feb 2018 and have managed to milk the market for another wedge to further develop Halcyon2. They still are not speaking of selling and marketing the software in any meaningful way, so It seems as though there might be a V3 version yet - then who knows V4 V5 V6 V7.
