Good morning Shirley, yes if news drops on multiple contract wins then back up into the pennies PSL goes! They have paid for tests taking place with some big playes and are in talks with 10+ interested parties so could easily multi bag from here! :-)

How do you reach a valuation of around £3,000,000 for a company with such a poor history and record?

Granted there have been nice profits for the manipulators.
