PDMR and PCA notification

Photo-Me, the instant- service equipment group, was notified on 30 March 2020 that Tibergest PTE LTD, an entity closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, bought 650,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 March 2020.

Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD, and as a result of the above two transactions, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have increased their interest to 86,625,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.92 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.

As expected ,As with all companies , preserving cash .Cutting costs .Cancelling divs.They have enough cash and reduced overheads to come through in a couple of months time .Short term pain for long term gain.Sicknote

I think most companies are cancelling .Although some aren't , Tandem , Character group .Some companies have a lot of cash so doesn't effect them .Sicknote

Trying to find some logic to these crazy markets, Leisure, travel shares etc decimated and had a bit of a bounce back, all shut waiting end of virus yet PHTM no bounce? Looking for a reason not to invest at these levels? Anyone got a better theory

Looking at RNSs on advfn is a waste of time. It's nothing to do with the original statement it's the way that advfn present them.

Use investegate or someone else to view RNSs.

Sorry, you're right, don't know what I was thinking there, must ave been in a hurry.
I'll delete my previous post as its misleading.
It would make it a lot bloody easier reading if they had a short version at the top alng the lines of

XYZ corp increased/decreased holding by NNN shares.

Its the same with bloody results RNSs - none of the columns align. Probably something to do with tab/space settings. Is it the same for everyone else ?

Getting to an interesting price now very tempting
