19/8/2010 17:16 | Phorm appear to have no longer got a legal counsel in Brazil - Armando J Tirado seems to have LEFT. Oh dear. | bluecar1
19/8/2010 09:33 | PHRX down yesterday with no visible trades, only the fact that PHRM dropped 17.5 points may see some more drops this week | bluecar1
03/8/2010 09:24 | some very large percentages of phrx stock changing hands all of a sudden, for a share that has seen few trades onver 10k for the last year, 300k+ of trades in about a week is highly unusual trading patterns that is now over a third of the stock traded in the last week or so alarm bells should be ringing somewhere remember, they only have between 4-10 weeks of cash left depending on the current burn rate, if they are still burning cash at last years rate then they have about 4 weeks of capital left, if they have lowered the burn rate asthey promised in the FYR they may have about 10 weeks left, but there has been no sign of the move from london to brazil to reduce costs yet and with the delays at CADE (another 2 weeks before the next meeting ) then you have the CCJ and senator suplicy issues to get over. all that and start operating before the cash runs out? then there is korea, not great news over there, the debate is going against them . an influential academic has said phorm is illegal in korea as it is against several parts of the constitution do your OWN INDEPENDANT research VERY, VERY carefully and do not believe everything phorms PR tell you look back over the RNS that phorm have put out in the past, see how many have come about, like BT and UK definitely rolled out by end of 2009? , then shortly after phorm were binned by all 3 UK isp's peter | bluecar1
02/8/2010 23:19 | 29-Jul-10 15:22:46 114,044 @ 110.00 (Sell) Value 125.45k Bid/Ask 130.00 140.00 Delayed publication - date not today. Whoops. | btcustomer
30/7/2010 09:14 | a few prop up buys at the ask for small volume pushing the price up?? and yet 125k at bid did not push the price down?? hmm, trolls out in force on phrm forum, that is normally an indication of impending bad news peter | bluecar1
27/7/2010 18:27 | PHRX 27-Jul-10 14:08:05 110.00 25,000 Sell* 110.00 115.00 27.50k Trade Type: Delayed publication another 25,000 on delayed publication on phrx, not long after the 100k the other dayso that is nearly 25% of the PHRX stock traded in the last few days peter | bluecar1
26/7/2010 11:09 | anyone watching PHRX?? 21-Jul-10 12:07:19 100.00 100,000 Sell* 110.00 120.00 100.00k Trade Type: Delayed publication Historical (date is not today) load of fumble finger trades, then a 100,000 sell at 100? that is a very sizable chunk of PHRX that could explain the drop in the share price last week peter | bluecar1
22/7/2010 17:33 | again both phrm and phrx both took a dive together the slow death spiral continues no markets, not income just more bad news, peter | bluecar1
29/4/2010 19:22 | phrm down as well Share Price: 230.00 Bid: 180.00 Ask: 280.00 Change: -45.00 (-16.36%) 29-Apr-10 12:32:31 205.00 10,000 Sell* 180.00 280.00 20.50k Trade Type: Unknown 29-Apr-10 12:32:31 280.00 10,000 Buy* 180.00 280.00 28.00k Trade Type: Unknown curious, must be some bad news about, time to go digging me thinks if you look at and compare it to phrm, both took a hit at the same time, look at the numbers and prices at 12:32 on both, someone selected phrm then reversed it, then dumped the same amount and price of phrx interesting | bluecar1
29/3/2010 13:37 | Small flurry of tiny sells on PHRX. Reminder, the "Close Period" is two months before final results are published (directors are prohibited from trading in the close period). The last date the "Close Period" can commence, if they don't publish results earlier, is 1 May. Any later and the results would then be overdue (risking suspension of the shares). In other words, Phorm's executive directors^h have April left to demonstrate their confidence in their^h^h^h his own PR. . | felixcatuk
22/1/2010 18:28 | hmm, even thoug the last few trades have been near bid, they are pushing the bid price up?? trying to match the share price of the reg s line in prep for a share issue in spring ? target price would have to be in the 600 - 700 region to raise the 15 million needed if you are thinking of buying these as long term, only buy them if you look in the mirror and see "GUM" written in black marker on you forehead peter | bluecar1
11/1/2010 15:45 | Supposedly, BT have dropped them. Virgin are back tracking. TalkTalk/Carphone Warehouse have abandoned them. In 2006, 2007, and 2008 Phorm (then trading as 121Media) ran secret and illegal trials of Phorm's products monitoring 200,000 people, and the businesses who's web sites served them. When this was disclosed in April 2008, complaints were made to the Information Commission, Home Office, and Police. At the time, the Government refused to investigate any and all complaints. Subsequent 'Freedom of Information' disclosures revealed a history of collusion between the Home Office and Phorm. Offences alleged against Phorm include illegal interception of private/ confidential communications, copyright theft, fraud, computer misuse, data protection offences, trademark infringement, privacy in electronic communication violation. Phorm have also failed to comply with the UK Companies Act; their subsidiaries 121Media UK and 121Media Europe were struck off in recent months. Phorm have seemingly failed to file accounts/details of directors with Companies House. As a result of UK Government inaction, the European Commission intervened. The UK Government presently faces 'infraction proceedings' for failing to uphold EC privacy directives. After making two failed attempts to explain their conduct, the UK Government were due to answer to the EC for a final time at the end of last year, but there's been no word about the present situation. The EC have required a number of changes to be made to UK communication privacy laws, and regulators. Meanwhile the Crown Prosecution Service are presently considering criminal proceedings against BT and Phorm, following an attempted private prosecution. Again, no word about the conclusion. Phorm is effectively industrial espionage and mass personal surveillance. See; https://www.dephorma https://nodpi.org/ Dephormation | felixcatuk |
