The risk was never unacceptable as the 'told you so' brigade and other assorted vultures and trolls will no doubt try to say. They know nothing of the area. PGR is a calculated reward/risk. A shame because all the indications were that the company was working well with the various groups inside the country. Might be interesting to know who these local gangs are and who is organising them. Probably just a temporary setback but nevertheless a serious one. | loverat | |
